I don't have known problems taking them when I take them I feel good I can tell when I don't take them I don't like the beets in the can all I know is that I love them.
This was decided as an option to hopefully reduce the probability of having to be on medication, in addition to diet changes and eating habits. As instructed, two a day are taken and mine are morning and bedtime. I have seen a difference in heart rate / pressure. It isn't major, however in time with weight loss, I firmly believe I will be in better shape health wise if these changes are done. Think about it, if you lost eight pounds that's like losing a bowling ball from your body and your heart works better. So beets can help along with other changes.

Great taste
We started purchasing these for the savings over the other Brand. My husband is convinced they work. I am convinced he enjoys eating them. Either way, they can't hurt and if he enjoys them, I will keep ordering them and hope for the best.
I took 2 the first day that I received them in the mail and had more energy than I knew what to do with. I didn't believe it would work so fast. Got a good nights sleep and was ready to go again the next day. I haven't seen a difference in my blood pressure yet, but I'm sure that will take a little more time. This is only my second day. I would recommend.
i've taken Super Beets for 1 month and so far I feel a general improvement on my ability to accomplish tasks through the day without the run down feeling of old. I will check in later for with further updates on performance. I did notice that my blood pressure has been normal most of the time, which is a vast improvement for me.
Apparently, Walmart has no problem selling items that have gotten stale. Don't buy these here. These were rockhard they work great they help with my blood pressure issues., do yourself a favor and get them on that App we all know and love that delivers 24 seven because they sell them soft, not rockhard
The chews were nice and tasty BUT when we looked at the date, we realized they were EXPIRED before it shipped out to us.
I've ordered these several times and this last order not sure about. I just opened it and it was not completely sealed and it was short one. I counted them.
