My hair is longer %26 thicker…..dealing with menopause %26 my thinning hair was so depressing! After trying these….my hair is back and beautiful.
I.like taking thes because they come in gummy form and have a good taste. I have noticed improvements wirh my hair, ski. And nail since taking. They have 2X the Biotin wirh over 5,000 mcg per serving. These are a great way to get the Vitamin C &.E I need.
I have been taking these gummy's for a month now and they really work. The taste is good, which is a definite plus, and my nails are no longer cracking at the meat ouch.
it was damaged when i got it. The lid to the washing part was off it hinge, I thought about sending it back, but I was stubborn as I am. I decided to fix it myself. Clothes come out clean, and the spinner almost drives everything. It wouldn't hurt to have instructions in the box with the machine on what is what and how it works.
I like the flavor these have and they are soft and chewy. They have 2X the Biotin of the other brands with 6000 mcg per serving. I notice a difference in how healthy my hair is, and how my nails are growing. I have less breakage with a little more length. My skin is also healthier because of the Vitamin A and Antioxidant Vitamin C & E. It has really made a difference to me and I have been taking them for a long time
Gummies have a good flavor. Perhaps this is why they are too sweet but I'm ok with it. Recommended by my Primary Care Provider. Did not disappoint. Be patient however because it took several months before I noticed that my balding spots actually had been filled in with real hair.
This is my second month taking Hair, Skin & Nails gummies & my finger nails are long enough to file & shape. Being a cross dresser who takes great pride in my ability to pass as a woman, this product was a God send, not only do I no longer have to wear false nails but I intend to continue taking this product until my nails are long & sexy.

this product from this manufacturer is great, however...the regular dose of Biotin works better. heres why I think why...Im not a doctor but I am a lab tech. sometimes less more often is better than more less often. the human body can only absorb so much at a time. these are water soluble so what doesn't get absorbed gets peed out. just saying I'll buy the lower dose from now on.
I got sent the wrong order. I called Walmart to let them know. They said I would get an email. It's been two weeks so far and I haven't gotten anything so no, I'm not happy that I spent $53 and didn't get the product. I want it.
