Purchased for my 6 year old grandson. He didn't want it. His father did. He lent it to a friend in his band.
Even Came with a TUner LOVE IT! FYI does not come with headphones or a stand.. :) There was a foto that showed a headset on a grey mannequin head.. this does not imply it comes with this set.. BUT it is an amazig deal
for the money this is an excellent guitar for pre teens. comes with case and instruction video. i would recommend this item it is just a great value. my ten year old just loves it.

i bought this item when i was 11 and i still love it right now when im 14! it has great features and extra strings! i love this guitar im surprised its not $250!!!! its amazing! i would suggest this for ages 9 or 10 and up. it even includes stuff to learn how to play! i learned to play in less than three months! its a great thing to buy and anyone who likes guitar loves this!!!
While I am upset that my order arrived without the song book and instructional CD, the guitar itself was a great purchase. Does not compare with a Fender or the like however for a starter guitar it has a nice sound and the amp is suitable. I would recommend this product to any parent of a pre teen who shows interest in playing guitar.
Beautiful guitar, but the amp cord would not stay plugged into the guitar. Had to rig it up until could make the return to the store. Also, the tuning gadget is hard for a 9 yr. old to understand -- and for me as well. Was much easier to tune the guitar using the software that came with the package. Ordering another and hoping no more problems as I see no one else suffered the same trouble. Overall, wonderful product (when we could get it to work). Looking forward to receiving the replacement.
I got this for my daughter for Christmas, she is 10 and loves it. It takes a while to get the strings stretched in, but it is really good for a beginner. Good sound, amp is plenty loud enough, and has an earphone jack so we don't have to listen all the time.
My 8 yr old grandson wanted a guitar for his birthday and he loves this. Comes with so many extras plus free online lessons and also came with a dvd to pop in his laptop. He told me he was going to be a rockstar and when he got rich he was sending me on vacation lol . The price is good compared to others I had seen on the internet plus it wasnt huge and heavy
The guitar and amp are great, but I did not receive the entire package, so watch out for this. Also, there are no instructions for using the electronic tuner, so hopefully you know someone who knows what to do with it. Overall, great buy for the product, just make sure you receive all of what you are supposed to be getting.
