This has been a good guitar for my nephew so far. He's really progressing and the guitar is standing up to his use.
Pending how it does over time, that's a very good guitar. I am still to see the performance of the mini-amp. I am suspicious of the material the pick guard is made of. But we'll see.
I was looking for a "beater" acoustic electric to take on camping trips with my family. Something inexpensive that can get bumped or scratched a little and still be useful. I like the guitar however I was able to purchase a Rogue brand acoustic electric value pack from another store for basically the same price. The Spectrum guitar is not as we'll built or as durable and has lower end electronics. I ended up returning it to Walmart.
