I love the size of this keyboard. It's not too big. The head phones are so convenient. You can play the keyboard and listen while not bothering anyone else in the room.
the keys are smaller than th regular, so I think it is more suitable for kids than adults. my daughter loves it very much.
I bought this for my 11 year old daughter. The CDRom is easy (needed to adjust administrator settings to view, but I easily found this fix by Googling the product), and she loves being able to play with the headphones (or not). The melodies it plays displays the notes so the song can be played along with once the notes are learned. This is a great learning tool and it is not a disappointment; if you are looking to hook it up to your computer or do other peripheral-type things with it, you need to buy those adaptations. If you are looking to learn how to play a keyboard/piano or to get this for a child/teen as a gift, it's perfect.
Perfect gift for our 6 year old upcoming rock star ;-) Small enough for her to carry from room to room. For the price, sounds very good and a great beginner instrument. Headphones are a definite plus!
We shopped for a keyboard for our 5 yr old neice and found this in several places online. We decided this was the keyboard we wanted because of the size, which is perfect for her tiny hands, and the price. The only problem we kept running into was that no other store offered the keyboard with the AC adaptor included and the ones they suggested as add on purchases other buyers said were not compatible. This package from Walmart is the only one we found that included the AC adaptor, and the fact that it also included headphones and an instructional CD for about the same price we would have paid elsewhere for the keyboard and adaptor was a great bonus. My neice and her parents especially loved the headphones.
For the price is perfect and what I like the most is the headphones! Def. get it!! My son is a 7 year old who loves music.
My father recently moved into a smaller apartment and wanted a small keyboard with headphones. This was perfect. It came with the stand also. He just loves it in his new space. I would consider him an enthusiastic beginner. (He took some lessons years ago and may now get reacquainted with the keyboard.) He just loves it. Thank you
A good basic keyboard for our young beginners. Comes with a few important accessories, like headphones. It has variable sounds and not too high of volume. Very affordable. Seems durable too! My children have dropped it hard a couple times and it made it through the torture test!
This was the perfect b-day gift for my 11 year old nephew. He really likes using the headphones with it and his mom appreciates it too. There are a lot of sound functions, songs it auto plays and just neat overall features. I don't care for the CD too much. I would have been happier with a book but as long as he has computer access he can utilize the CD feature. Overall happy with this purchase.
Excellent starter keyboard for beginners. Comes with an adaptor (most keyboards in this price range use only batteries or require an additional purchase). Headphones are good & enable "silent" playing. Lots of features, including some sound effects. Instrumental mimics aren't great, but there are lots to choose from.
