I love the selection of lamps. They literally have something for everyone and every style. Bought this lamp to read under and it has done the trick. My favorite part is coming home and plopping into my chair and reading a great book. 10 out of 10.

I bought this gorgeous lamp for my living room and I absolutely love it. It is beautiful and the perfect piece of dÃ:copyright:cor to bring my room together. I love how you can adjust the height and the top of the lamp! I plan to buy another one for my daughters bedroom.
The solid base ensure it won't easily tip over and the light is adequately bright for reading and other close-up activities. We like the simple clean lines of this lamp and it's style will fit into most decors!

I needed a floor lamp to sit next to my chair which is kind of in the center of the living room. This is perfect. It is light weight but very sturdy. Love the foot pedal on/off switch. I hesitated about buying it because I found it on another site at a slightly lower cost but found a couple reviews complaining that it was hard to assemble. Now I am in my mid 70s and have significant problems with hand strength and dexterity, so figured I would need to find someone to assemble it for me - NOT NECESSARY! I had no problems putting the lamp together quickly and I am delighted with it. It is perfect as a reading lamp and I could not be happier. I don't think I will ever again buy anything but an OttLite.
It is a fine value, exactly what I thought it would be, great for reading and cross stitch work. I'd recommend it to others. It was delivered earlier than first announced and was well-packaged. It's easy to adjust and I appreciate the step-on floor button.
I purchased several OttLite's for my office and love them so much that I had to purchase some for my home as well. I will never purchase any other brand and am excited for these long lasting lamps to continue to brighten my home and workspace. This new model is fantastic!
Love my Ottlite....I can now see the stitches well enough to knit with black yarn! And I think I will be able to do cross-stitch again. I put the foot operated on/off switch on the arm of my rocking chair and can use my hands to turn or or shut off because my fool dog would hit the switch on the floor.
I liked it so much I bought another exactly the same for my son, but he said it cannot be assembled because the second tube is the same diameter as the bottom one. I hope Walmart can resolve this problem
