Good clean smelling

The price is great and it cleans as good as any higher price product.
This product is a great value and it smells great. My girlfriend loves the way the fragrance smells on my whole body and hair. It's not overpowering but keeps me fresh all day. A small amount on a loofa goes a long way so the product is a super value not only price wise, but is economical because a little product goes a long way, it rinses of the skin and hair without leaving a residue or film behind. Just the feeling of fresh and clean all over.
I thought it would be similar to 3-in-1 citrus wash for body and hair, which I loved, but was deeply disapointed. While the body wash works just fine (the only reason I gave it a "fair" overall rating), my hair feels hard after washing it with this product, and I'm not really a picky person when it comes to shampoo. I'll use it as a body wash and get something else for my hair.
The smell and clean you know and love is gone. They ditched the sodium laureth sulfate that we are used to and replaced it without C12-C13 pareth sulfate. The refreshing smell now relates better to old men. I didn't mind the scent change at first, but after 3 days of showers I am dry, itchy, and now have mild dandruff. I've been using this product for years and needless to say, I'm not pleased. Packaging/labelling is so identical it could fool anyone. Refer to pictures: left bottle is the perfect old formula, right bottle is new subpar formula.
I have been using this product for years and they have completely changed the smell of the product, without any labeling notifying you otherwise. Extremely disappointed in this product now. You'll love it if you like smelling like an old Chirstmas tree.
The refresh body wash was the best soap around until they changed the scent. Now it smells like pineapple and trees gone wrong. I kept thinking something was wrong with the bottles at the store; luckily I had an old bottle saved and could compare them directly. They are not even close to the same. No notice given! No change in labeling! Have now lost another customer!
My son and myself have been using this for awhile until the last bottle we bought was a different scent. No label change or warning. I ended up throwing the bottle away because the scent was awful. Thinking this was just a bad bottle, when we went to the store we smelled the stock they had on the shelf. They are all the same bad changed scent. Suave, what happened?
We have been loyal to Suave and this product for years and agree with so many others that the scent changed noticeably and with NO indication of such change. Extremely disappointing! We never write product reviews, but this change has compelled us to write a review and amplify the user reports in hopes that the customer feedback be taken into account. Please bring back the old formulation with the truly refreshing scent. Why fix something if it's not broken?
