I like Dove Volume Therapy Shampoo. It depends on person to person and their hair. For my hair type (thin), I found this a best solution.
I have fine limp hair that has to be washed daily and DOve Volumen shampoo really gives my hair lift. Plus from what I can tell it's gluten-free.

I have been searching for the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my long, fine hair. So many products are just too heavy. Finally I decided to try Dove Volume Boost. I love it! It makes my hair so soft and tangle free, and it doesn't weight it down at all. In fact, it dries faster. And my highlighted and color treated hair is still moisturized, ends look great. It beats the salon brands too by quality and price.
This produce is the best for winter limp hair. I've been using it for a year (switched to it's pomagranat cousin in the summer) and it really gives my hair the body I want it to have...not too much...just right.
I love this shampoo but haven't been able to find it at Wal Mart recently. I am told by the dove corporation that they still carry it.
I've been using Dove shampoo, conditioner and hairspray for years and I loved it. Since you changed the formula my hair is completely fried. It was great hair, I just had to get it cut short because it was so damaged. Plus? It stinks. It used to be a great shampoo for people sensitive to smells, but I had to throw it out because of the scent that was added.
