I've been using this product for 5-8 years? Unlike other tanning products, this one provides a natural look and doesn't irritate my skin. Many other tanning lotions make my skin itch. This one is easy to apply (although you should let it dry 1/2hr at least) and feedback from friends seem to indicate it looks natural. Oddly enough several men have said I smell good after I've applied it and asked what it is...kinda funny, "uh, my tanning lotion". A rush job can result in uneven application/tan and you have to be careful around knees/ankles/wrists (a light wipe with tissue after applying to these areas helps). I recommend this product and hope it never goes off the market.
Does not dry out your skin like the other products. Has an oil base that goes on smooth and feels silky
What I love about Loreal Sublime Gelee is the natural color it gives to my pale face, immediately and then gradually it builds up. It fades far more gradually and is not spotty when my natural skin sloughs off the tanner. I have tried dozens of tanners and this one works like magic for me.
Apply this with rubber gloves & you can't go wrong. I would say it shows up within 12-24 hrs. Not bad for the price. Doesn't leave skin orange.

Love this gel. I have used it for years. Spreads on nice and even. I have very light skin, this gives me a little extra color without being overly dark. Hard to find in the store, glad it was online.
Iv used this one for yrs! Its a gel, that rubs in smooth and dries fast!
I love this stuff gives you quick color and males your skin feel like silk. Used to use the other one that's a lotion it had glitter in it and it dried my skin out. I'm sold on this and will continue to use.
This product is wonderful! It smells great - not like tanning lotion at all - seriously! It goes on sooo smooth. No strange "gel like" feeling. It feels more like a dry oil - but no stickiness. It takes a minute or two to soak in after application. I have used it on my face several times and appears to be "okay" as far an no major breakouts. You may just want to apply where the sun would naturally hit such as cheeks, forehead, nose. I think the color is really nice too. I am very fair and this gave me a nice tan..not just a "glow" a TAN! I have my new "go to" product for the summer! ENJOY!
If I could give this zero stars I would. I was excited to get this in the mail and try it I ordered it off Walmart.com. First of all I'm a pretty pale skinned person so I was looking for a little summer color without sitting in the sun all the time. This product does give pretty nice color I will give it that. I have no idea how this product has a majority of good reviews, in the instructions it says to wait until it dries before you get dressed and it literally takes so long to dry and while you're waiting for it to dry you feel grossly sticky. The people that left these good reviews maybe they don't mind feeling sticky, who knows. I hope I help someone else out before buying this product because it is a no go. I cannot sit around my house basically naked waiting for this stuff to take it's good old time to dry and feel super sticky. I tried to stick it out for the second night but I couldn't take it anymore I got in the shower and washed it all off. Please read this review before you buy this self tanner. I originally bought this because it had decent reviews and maybe a couple people said they didn't like it and that's it. Disappointed in this product…
