i love dickinsons witch hazel! it is the absolute best toner and pore reducer for combination/oily skin. why pay a fortune for a high end brand name toner when you can buy the best for a fraction of the cost? i've been using this for years and i would be lost without it.
Excellent product, affordable, it works for me. Dickinson's is the real thing like the Native Americans have used for centuries. Dickinson's is my go to healing product. If mankind makes it to Mars I hope they take it with them. It is a MUST!
I spray this on my face for a gentle astringent to close my pores after I wash my face. It does not dry your skin out like alcohol-based astringents. Then you can put medication or moisturizer on afterwards. Walmart has a great price on this as well.
This is a great product. I use it to help clean myself after going to the bathroom. It doesn't contribute to clogging drainpipes because all I'm using is my regular toilet paper. I'm elderly and I need to be sure I'm clean so I use a little to wet down the toilet tissue before i wipe. Does a great job and I'm feeling clean when I leave the bathroom. I ordered from Walmart and it was delivered in two days. Try it you'll like it.
Years ago I got used to the burnt smell witch hazel has, so I can say I'm ok with it, as long as it does it's job, and it does. I feel nice and clean after I take off my make up and this takes off whatever my cleanser left behind. I even use it after a long day of doing chores and my skin gets oily in the T zone, and it refreshes my face so well. I just hope one day they will add something like mint or vanilla to it, maybe that will make the scent better. For the price and the performance it's an excellent product, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the scent, but it works for me just fine and I would recommend it to a friend.
I watched reviews about this product on YouTube, I have combination skin which is mildly ance prone i decided to try it. The first three days I felt it made my skin dry, but I decided to see how it would be after one week. My skin had to get use to it being that i changed my routine for the witch hazel, instead of using my Daniel Kern benzoyl peroxide ance treatment ( which does clear up the my skin greatly, but dries it out). I wash my face at night with neutrogena naturals scrub then I get a cotton pad and put witch hazel on it and ( not smear it but pat/ blot )all over my face mostly the areas that tend to break out the most. After a week I have noticed a diff. My face doesn't get that oily, my forehead which started breaking out of nowhere cleared up and the huge pimple I usually get on my chin that hurts is going away! Without me having to pop it. My skin looks so much vibrant and it seems to be clearing up my blemishes. I use it at night and in the morning. Sometimes I put almond oil as a moisturizer afterward the witch hazel absorbs becus almond oil absorbs in the skin leaving it smooth and does NOT clog pores. I'm satisfied with this product and I.will recommend it ! Remember give it atleast a week or two your skin has to adjust to the changing of the routine and dab it or pat it on the skin with cotton pad not smear or wipe !
items fine, Delivery faster then i thought. it said 2 days but got lucky and they sent it out same day BUT TO WRONG ADDRESS. When you are disabled thats a huge problem trying to get ITEMs left at wrong address when you cant walk vey well. But i got lucky again i guess. Got Another neighbor to get them for me. thumb nail is what the driver took, where he left it at. Look at tme order the delivery address is 202 Putnam, Not 204!
this product says it is 100% witch hazel, but it actually contains alcohol in it. I will still definitely use it because I love witch hazel but I will not be using it on my newborn for to put on wipes when I do diaper changes because her skin is so sensitive I'm afraid it would irritate her diaper rashes. I just thought I better put a review in case someone like me didn't know if it had alcohol.
I needed Witch Hazel that contained no alcohol. Upon looking at the product, the ingredient list it stated the only ingredient was "100% All Natural Witch Hazel" so I believed there was no alcohol in the product. (Other Witch Hazel products also list the alcohol content right on the front.) Upon recieving the product, the back lists it contains around 14% or 19% alcohol so I had to return it. Great value, but wish the ingredient list online was accurate to what's actually in the product.
The product is 4 star, but the order was severely over boxed. The packing materials did their job, but box was entirely out of proportion to the size needed.
