i thank you all reviewers i hadnt tryed this wasnt sure if dipy do would do what i needed i remember yrs ago using it when you used rollers in your hair ! i got mine today after really reading reviews thank you again reviewers for writing it helps ! yes i got mine to washed my hair waited till it was damp i have natural wave and when i put this gel on it curls and frizz is gone im down to one bottle instead of 4 cans moose controll frizz and hair spray and oil ! hallelujah ill order more and use what i have left which is alot but it will be ok im sold on this gel if any one is still waiting this works does not leave hair stiff or sticky holds up the curls i dryed mine with a defuser hair dryer and it looks great im sold on it one x a day i just started im happy! thank you all again! put in on your hands run it threw your hair just as you would do moose defuse it and should hold with no stiff i like the curls but i didn't like the hair spray to make it stiff this lets the natural hang on and lays out the frizz ! thank you all ! Vital Care hair gel is so much better than LA Looks or some of the other equivalent value gel brands. It's is overly stickly and doesn't flake when dry (like LA Looks). The 40 oz. size is great value and the pump is much easier to use than a squeeze container. One downside is you can't easily travel with the pump. I just buy a travel container from the travel size accessories at Walmart and fill it via the gel pump.
I love this product and continue to use it because it does everything I need it to do. The product provides such a large quantity for the price I'm getting so that makes me super happy.
I've bought very expensive gels so I decided to try this for the price and I couldn't believe how big the bottle was, plus, it's excellent!
it's awesome!! long lasting all day, and long lasting with the gel ATLEAST a months worth and that's with using it EVERYDAY. awesome deal !
Love this gel, have used for years..occasionally i try a more expensive brand but nothing compares to this gel. i have long, wavy hair which curls when it is shorter. this lightweight gel does not flake, damage or weight my hair down. helps keep shape qothoit being too stiff and does not create mega build up like other gel. for the price, it is worth trying! only downside, as with shipping any product- have had an occasional pump break but nothing has leaked.
I have used this product for many years and Walmart always has the best price and I know I can find it online.
Compared to other gels, ya get what you pay for. This is inexpensive, globs and globs barley do what much less of what more expensive gels do. It's quantity, not quality!
Bought them for our 3 boys and the gel doesn't hold at all. It dries and it's like you only put water in their hair.
They taped the pump down, probably so that it wouldn't pop open in shipping. However when I went to try to open it, it was all sticky from the tape and I couldn't get the pump to pop up. I was able to unscrew the top to try the gel but found that it made my hair stiff.
