A little background: I am an African-American woman with dreadlocks that are dyed bright red. Anyone who has ever dyed their hair red knows that it fades very quickly, leaving you with a color similar to the shade of vomit. I have used this shampoo & conditioner 3 times since coloring my hair, and so far the results are great! This is the only color care shampoo & conditioner I have ever used that hasn't faded my color into a mess. My red is still relatively bright, which is great because it means I don't have to get it touched up as often. Also, this product makes me hair smell amazing (for days!) and it makes it very soft. I also appreciate the fact that having dreadlocks, gross product buildup (causing a gray/dirty appearance) is definitely a fear of mine and so far this product doesn't seem to give me that issue. My locks look healthy and feel light. For an inexpensive product, it definitely works like a professional.
First time I have tried this particular Suave brand. I am amazed and pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. I have naturally curly/wavy hair that dries easily, especially in winter, and up until tonight I would get out of the bath, let my hair air dry only to have very dry hair, though it did help my color last longer. This? Oh my. It is SHINY, so soft and easier to manage!! Super happy!! I have used a different Suave product for a few years and a different leading brand for around 10 - this one tops both.
My hair is more shiny and silkier
I recently started using this after highlighting my hair because of the affordable price and color care. I absolutely love it. I dont wash my hair everyday and this keeps my hair silky smooth and smelling great for at least 3 days! I have always had products that made my hair feel weird and full of chemicals while rinsing and when i use these products it feels absolutely amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shampoo in my opinion. The smell while lathering was very pleasant, though it didn't last much longer after my bath. I actually wish it lasted longer. The way my hair felt afterwards and was easy to detangle; I have somewhat long fine hair that tangles easily.I also liked the way my hair was after drying it, it had some body, not extra, but it wasn't weighed down, and had a nice clean look to it.
I have been looking for a product like this for years. I have VERY thick, VERY wavy long, colored hair and needed something that would not make my hair greasy, but would keep it smooth. As most women with hair like mine, I don't wash my hair more than a few times a week and, with other conditioners, my hair would be so greasy and weighed-down that I would HAVE to wash it daily. I used a LOT of conditioner the 1st time I tried this, way more than I should have, on purpose; I wanted to see how it worked. I can't believe how shiny and soft it made my hair without being greasy or heavy. I have gone 4 days without washing it (see picture) and could probably go another few days (it sounds gross, but, trust me, this is a LOT of hair and it doesn't look or smell dirty). The best part is it is so inexpensive! THANK YOU, GENIUSES AT SUAVE!
I was so glad to come across this product.It made my hair shinyn and it has a wonderful scent.Sure glad they have the big bottles so it will last longer then the small bottles.I have really long hair 3 or 4 ft and its very think.it made my hair nice and smooth and a great price.

I normally have straight hair w some wave & it would be a frizzy but since I started using the Morocan Oil Shampoo my Hair is Wavy, Touchable, Soft, Silky & Sexy....I get a LOT of Compliments NOT bad for over 45.
I have been using the Suave Moroccan Infusion Color Care Shampoo for a couple of weeks. I grabbed it because I saw 'color care'. Later, when I was using it, I thought, "What is this?" It smells so good!! So I bought the conditioner also. So far, it seems very gentle and the fragrance is soft, not overpowering. I am impressed! I only reduced it by one star because I have been using it for such a short time.
