without this product my hair is so dry looking. It adds just enough shine and softness and does not seem to build up. But what a difference it makes in my hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this product leaves my hair smelling phenomenal! I often do not like to heat treat my hair for fear of receiving the dry damaged look. I have been using this product any time I blow dry, straighten, and the other day when I curled it. My hair was so shiny people continued to ask me if I had gone to a salon to get it done. They kept touching it noting its softness, and all I could say is that I changed my products and that they really needed to try NEXXUS!

Tried the Promend line and the first use felt like no other product I've ever applied to my hair. I went to get my hair washed and she showed me the Nexxus brand products. My hair felt like a fresh cut. I remind you I only went for a shampoo and conditioner. No hair cut. My hair stylist simply used the leave in conditioner. Loved the results.

AND IT WORKS! i do a lot to keep my hair healthy and this is the perfect addition to my cabinet. i have very fine VERY long hair and most of these heat sprays end up weighing my hair down and not even accomplishing what they claim. this spray is totally different. it is super lightweight brushes through very easy and makes a serious difference in protecting my split ends. because my hair is so fine this is a chronic problem every time i heat treat my hair. no longer thanks to this mist. i so recommend it for people with fine hair. all the protection none of the weight.
This product replaced a previous one, that had a more pleasant fragrance. I liked the spray application over the mist. Am glad that this type of product exists.
I went in search of the nexxus pro-mend heat protection styling spray. I was given a gold bottle to try while in Chicago. I loved it! I actually used it only on special occasions because it worked so great. My hair always looked great after using it. The search now looks like a bust! No one has it and so I looked on-line to order, only to find and read your reviews of the new product. I am really disappointed to find you have changed it and the "new" doesn't sound that great. The search will continue but sometimes the original just can't get any better.
I also used the Heat Protexx in the gold bottle like the other customer. I agree with her. This is disappointing and feels sticky. The old product helped with tangles, felt clean, and made blow drying and styling easy. I have no idea what product I will use now, but I will definitely be switching brands. I will never understand why a company takes a winning product and ruins it. I am very frustrated.
I'm in agreement with the previous reviews. Why do beauty and cosmetics companies always think they need to change things. I absolutely loved the product in the gold bottle but this one I can't even use because i'm allergic to the scent. Please bring back the old formula.
