This cabinet was very well packaged for shipping. It is very well built and heavy enough that it does not tip with the draws extended.
The cabinet arrived safely. Its packaging kept it from being dinged and we love the way it looks and how well constructed it is. Great value for the price!
... 5 stars for customer service. The cabinet is a great size; useful for storing files and supplies. We ordered the putty color, which blends in nicely with our taupe wall color. It includes a large flat stone to keep the cabinet still and stable. Unfortunately, the product came with a sizable dent in the corner; however, Hayneedle offered to replace it or provide a discount in an effort to make it right. Kudos!
My filing cabinet arrived in a nice box, very well packaged indeed, with no signs of damage. Unboxing was quick and easy, and that's when the disappointment set in. The cabinet looked like someone opened it, smashed it with a hammer on every panel, then put it back into it's box. The concrete weight in the back of the cabinet had beaten it's way loose, every surface was filthy with dirt (inside and out), and I had to use a hammer and punch to beat the bent the sheet metal around one of the bottom corners just to get the wheel to bolt on.
