This mat is very sturdy and works like a charm
I bought this actually for an exercise mat with my DVD exercises. I put it on my carpet so I am able to slide or pivot. I bought one for my daughter, too. And it works perfect!
I used the player for 10 or more hours the first week end. Battery as well as AC power. Viewed movies on the players screen as well as used it as a player for a larger screen with included wires. Worked great totally satisfied with my purchase.
I replaced one that wore through. Using on a short nap carpet. Stays in place, works as expected, priced right too!
this is a really good mat, my chair rolls around very easy now. It stays right where I put down. I'm getting one for my wife's office next.
Hopefully I'm a careful shopper. First you need know what you want and that may take some research to determine I needed a new mat for the chair in my den. I compared a lot of products for potential excellence to my needs. This one had great thickness (.55) .-meaning longer life. The tabs underneath were rounded!! much better on fingers than the ones under my old mat that cut my fingers when discarding. And the straight rectangular shape and size were much better fit than models with a 1' X 2 '. plastic tab extending from the main mat. It has been GREAt having this replacement.
I have avg depth carpet in my sewing room where the mat is in use. The description does not say how firm the mat is. At best, it is a thick vinyl and dents will form where the chair wheels rest. Not the greatest to roll around on, but not overly difficult. Works well enough but not a 5 star product in my opinion. Did arrive on time and in good shape.
We have a plush carpet so my 240lb husband does sink in a bit on the mat, but he said it's much better than just rolling on the carpet and tearing it up. For the price it's a good buy.
The product itself is well worth the money, very durable. But upon opening the one chair mat we found that it was busted into pieces.
Never received the item. When called the store it was to be delivered to, they said it wasn't there even though it should have arrived last Thursday. The store could not explain what had happened and had no idea when it would be in their store. Would like a refund since apparently we will not be getting this item. NOT HAPPY!
