On this board, the cork is thick enough to easily accept push pins. The cork is also dense and smooth, with good color and finish. The frame is generic light oak, and is unremarkable--that's a good thing compared to some of the dark plastic frames on other inexpensive bulletin boards. Quartet has always made excellent office display products, and this one lives up to their reputation.

I needed a board to hang in my kitchen that was big enough to display the art work and other keepsakes my kids make for me and my husband. This board is wide and the height is perfect and it fits beautifully on our kitchen wall for everyone to see all the things my kids make us or awards they won, etc.
Perfect was easy to hang , I had the square ones before this that you just put sticky square tape on the back of each one, well one by one they were falling of the wall and just leaving the sticky tape part on wall which was a pain in the neck to get off. So this is the best way for me and its well made. Hopefully this helps you Thank you

Returning because it was too small. Quality is good.
The wood frame pulled apart from the cork almost immediately. Very poorly made and very strong smell.
The frame around the board was splintered and ripped apart along one edge. The damage did not occur during shipping. I was sent a product that was very obviously damaged within its clean, plastic packaging.
Poorly made. Fell down and broke the same day I go it.
Frame cracked when I put it up! The wood was brittle! I got hosed on this one! I totally do not recommend!
