I was very h appy with the frozen Tiaras they were really cute and all the little girls love them. though I'm not impressed overall with Walmart shipping I only received half of my order and my daughters birthday party was yesterday so half of the decorations didn't show up for her party. I also ordered them almost 3 weeks ago and it claimed that they would be here by the 13th which they obviously weren't.
