I am so glad I purchased this product because it organized my shed and nothing is on the floor anymore.
When order came in it was missing parts.
This is actually a very nice shelving system for my Tremont BMS-8700 shed (8ft x 7ft). However, the instructions are pretty poor. I suspect that those who say that the shelving unit didn't fit were (understandably) confused by the poor instructions. First, the instructions do not tell you what the required wall-bracket spacing is. The two side brackets must be EXACTLY 38 inches apart (on center) or else the shelf pins will not insert into the shelf brackets. And the center wall bracket must be DEAD CENTER (19 inches from either side bracket, on center) for the center support screws to insert at the proper places. Second, the instructions tell you to mount the center wall bracket first. If you follow my instructions here, and you're mounting on the left wall of a Tremont BMS-8700, then you can install the center bracket first. But if you're left trying to figure this out on your own, then the right way to do it is to first mount the wall bracket that is closest to the door; there is only ONE set of mounting holes for that bracket, which makes it pretty simple. Then measure 38 inches (on center) from there to the other side bracket; this narrows down which holes to use for that bracket. Finally, mount the center bracket at the 19-inch point. Doing it this way will take the confusion out of where to mount the center bracket. Here's why the center wall bracket is so confusing (I ended up RE-mounting it two times in order to get it right): There are what appears to be TWO sets of holes that you can use for the center bracket. NEITHER OF THEM IS CORRECT! You actually need to "offset" the bracket slightly, so that it uses (some of the) mounting holes from EACH SET. See the picture I've attached. If you mount the center bracket according to this picture, it will be in the correct spot (for the left-side wall of a Tremont BMS-8700). Note that "correct spot" is specifically for a Tremont BMS-8700 shed, with the shelving unit mounted on the LEFT side of the shed -- i.e., standing in the doorway, facing INTO the shed, the shelving unit is mounted to the left. You might need to reverse the picture if you mount it on the right side. Either way, if you start with the two side brackets, ensure they are exactly 38 inches apart on center, then mount the center bracket "dead center," you should be in good shape. Once mounted, it's a nice shelving unit. It holds quite a lot, and is very stable. I really like it -- just too bad the instructions are so poor.
Came a bit bent had to straighten the rails shelf was damaged slightly but I restored rails and installed successfully

Screws missing. There was a hole in the box and the bag for the screws were there but only a few screws remained. I was able to buy replacements at ACE Hardware but was inconvenienced to make another trip. The shelving itself is great. I like Suncast products and will continue to buy there products.
Package received from Walmart was incomplete, did not receive (6) Suncast P/N 0510592, Shelf Brackets. We contacted Suncast and received no reply. Now we can't finish our shed.
My package was a little bit damaged and I was not here for the delivery. Upon opening the package that was all taped up I discover the shelf brackets are not in the package and the wall mounts are bent and only one shelf was inside not two. I called the provider Wayfair and they were very helpful and are sending me a new package right away. They were very nice to work with things like this happen to everyone. Will see what happens on the next delivery.
This product was not compatible with my Suncast Sierra storage shed although it was listed as such.
