This stapler works great, performs just like it's description. Suction cups on the bottom hold it in place. It holds true to the 45 page capability test. Yes, it will stsple 45 sheets of papet with no problem, but not one more. I am still adjusting to the loud noise it makes when stapling. Thetes also a light to let you know when it needs to be refilled. I reccomend this to anyone looking for a reliable stapler. Great asset to my desktop.
I love this stapler! It has office quality in the comfort of my home. I just plugged it in loaded the staples which that was so easy! I just push the button and load the row of staples! It was awesome! Then I took the amount of papers I needed to staple and simply put them under and they stapled immediately. It also has a light on top to tell you when it's out of staples. It was incredible. I can't say enough about how great this product is. I would highly recommend this product to my friends and family!

Like most teachers, I'm a big fan of Bostitch office products. When you have upwards of 150 kids a day lining up at your desk to staple homework and daily assignments to turn in, you need a stapler that's as reliable and jam-free as possible. I don't imagine there's a place where a stapler would get more of a workout than in the American public-school classroom, so trust me. If a Bostitch stapler can shine in that setting, it's going to be great in your home office. In the box, you get a Bostitch Electric Stapler, a power cord, an instruction booklet, and a box of 5000 ¼ staples. I should note that Bostitch also very kindly included a second box of 5000 ⅜ staples in the cardboard box that held my boxed stapler. I'm pretty sure I'll never have to buy staples again in this lifetime. Before you can use your stapler, you need to load the staples. Be sure not to plug it in until you've loaded the staples first. To load, you press the magazine release button on top of the unit, which ejects the tray that holds the staples. Load it with a strip of staples, and then slide it back in until you hear it click. Now you can plug it in and staple away to your heart's content. As for how many sheets you can staple at once, that depends on what kind of staples you're using. If you use ¼ staples, you can staple 2-20 sheets at once. If you're using ⅜ staples, you can staple 20-45 sheets at a time. When your unit is getting low on staples, there is a blue indicator light on top of the stapler that will remain on until you've reloaded staples. There is a guide on the unit to tell you how to insert the paper so that the staple is inserted where you want it. It took me a couple of tries to figure out which part of the guide I needed to use to get corner staples, but then it was all downhill. This Bostitch Electric Stapler is a breeze to operate, and if you've never had one before, you're going to wonder why you did without one for so long. I know it's silly, but having it in my home office makes my space feel more professional, with the emphasis on office, and not necessarily on home.
This is hands down the best one I have seen/used. It is also the loudest scared the crap out of me. Don't let that discourage you from this it is worth it and only last a second. Very easy to forget about. Came with 5000 staples. Push the gray button at the top. The gray part in front pops open you pull it out load the staples. Very easy use. This is electric. If you don't slide the paper into it enough it will not staple. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone anyone.. thanks
This stapler works really well. It's easy to use and easy to refill. There is even a light that goes on when you're low on staples. There are suction cups on the bottom to prevent slipping. It's very well designed. I was easily able to staple 45 sheets of paper and was able to even staple 50 without a problem. This product is a must if you do a lot of stapling.
I am so impressed with this electric stapler from Bostitch! It works great on a couple of sheets as well as a lot of sheets. The sensor is very sensitive, it stapled a corner of a page that accidentally came too close to the stapler. I absolutely love the bottom anti-slid "legs". They are not going to give up. Just like this electric stapler. This is a quality item that needs to be in each home!
I've never owned an electric stapler until I received the Bostitch B8 Impulse 45 Electric Stapler. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. Loading staples into this stapler is so easy. All you have to do is press the grey button on the top and the tray opens. You put the staples in, close the tray, and it's ready to staple. Mine came with 5,000 B8 ¼ inch staples and I was given a pack of 5,000 B8 3/8 inch staples. Since the box of 3/8 inch staples states they are recommended for 2 to 45 sheets, if you find you are mainly stapling bigger sized packets, I'd always load the 3/8 inch staples instead of the ¼ inch. I very seldom have packets over 20 pages. So, the ¼ inch staples suit my needs. The stapler is very stable because it has suction feet. I stapled over 50 packets of about 18 pages each. I was done in less than 5 minutes. It was so easy and there was no stress to my hands and shoulders. I played around to see how well the ¼ inch staples worked on bigger packets. I was able to staple 20 sheets with no problem. But, as you can see in the photo, 44 sheets need the 3/8 inch staple. The only thing I could not figure out was how to staple an open pamphlet. But, that isn't a game changer for me. One other thing, it has a light that comes on when you need to refill the tray with staples. I recommend this stapler to anyone who dies a lot of stapling. It is powerful, quiet, sturdy and it saves a ton of time.
The Bostitch B8 Impulse 45 Electric Stapler comes in real handy when you have a large stack of papers to staple or when you have to constantly staple things together. I do a lot of projects and I deal with quite a bit of paperwork. This has also come in handy for when I make copies of estate matters to give to family. With this electric stapler, I don't have to keep picking up a stapler to attach papers together. I just place it in the stapler and let it do all the work. This unit has a refill indicator light that tell you when to refill your staples. It has suction cup feet to prevent sliding around when you are busy stapling papers together. I doubt it would slide too much anyway as it is a decent weight. The color of this stapler is very appeasing. I have tested this stapler and stapled up to 30 sheets of paper and it did fine. I doubt I will ever need to staple that many sheets together but in the case that I do, this will do the job perfectly. It is loud though when you staple. It makes a loud pop. Other than that, it's great! This unit will work wonderfully in an office setting, in your home, or at school. It came with a box of 5000 staples. It uses the B8 premium staples. Overall, I am very happy with this product and I do highly recommend.
