I loved the product and the quality is also upto the mark. Definitely changed the look of my wired closet. Now the closet looks more organized and less cluttered.
This is perfect for my daughter's small room with open closet design. There is lots of space to organize and it is customizable if you want to move the rods and shelves around. It looks really expensive, but wasn't! I love that. Oh, and definitely pay the extra fee for someone to install for you. It will take you hours and hours to do it yourself and involves cutting and such. It was well worth it for me to hire someone.
Drawers were a little difficult to assemble. However, the rest of it went well and my wife loves it!
I replaced a closet system I'd had for years with this one because I wanted built in drawers. I wouldn't recommend installing it by yourself but I did and it's possible. It would've probably taken me half the time if I'd had someone helping me. It looks great and is good quality. It's missing one of the drawer knobs in the pic but I reached out to the company and they sent me one right away. Great system!
Nice closet unit. It definitely takes two people to install. You will need a stud finder and will need to do quite a bit of measuring and leveling. But once is it up it is so worth it!
The system is wonderful and easy to install. I has this same one in my old closet. The only issue I had was one piece came broken for the drawer on one of the systems installed.
Shipped in 4 separate boxes. Everything inside was protected from being damaged. Easy instructions as long as you READ CAREFULLY and easy to assemble. The reason I took a star off was that if your closet is less than 8” wide you will need a saw to cut the wood and a hacksaw to cut the bars. Luckily I had these tools already but if you didn't have them you would be out of luck. Otherwise awesome closet organizer.
Overall quality. Some of the laminate on the shelf edges is tentative, but should be fine if the shelves aren't adjusted too often. The drawer installation instructions are not correct in terms of which holes to use to install the glide hardware. In my case I had one 4" deep & three deep 8" drawers. The instructions don't show the placement of the 4" drawer. I like that the drawer tower negates the need for a separate chest of drawers. Thankfully I had someone helping me who had experience with drawer installation and knew how to adjust the glider screws to get them to hang straight and level without banging into each other. It takes a few tries of opening and force closing the drawers to get them loosened up and working properly. It took 6 hours to complete, with 2 people. We used a miter saw, an oscillating saw, and a hacksaw to cut down the top shelves, hanging cleat and clothes hanger rods. Start fresh in the morning and get your tools ready.
Worst self-assembly product I've ever purchased. The few instructions that were included were inaccurate, the templates for drilling holes were off enough to cause issues, and most of the instructions were missing completely. The final straw was that the last piece (the small drawer) was delivered broken. I have 30 years of experience with similar product assemblies, so I was able to overcome most of the issues, but I could not in good conscience recommend this product.
Instructions were not clear when it comes to installing the drawers. The pre-drilled holes for the drawer cover were not lined up.
