I specifically bought on this site because the ship date was listed at Dec. 24. I ordered at least a week in advance, so it should have worked. I do realize the reality is the UPS company was overwhelmed and it couldn't have been predicted. BUT, the product was bent...the arm is creased and not repairable. too bad...but we had already promised it by Christmas eve, so we couldn't hold it back to get one that wasn't damaged. perhaps a better shipping method with a stronger exterior wrapper would have been better. I'd sure appreciate a refund, or a partial credit... thank you. Ann S.
