10" Lime Green LED Light Up Balloons, 5ct

To use, first pull the tabs to activate the LED lights. Then, inflate these balloons to no larger than 10" with either a balloon pump or with helium. It is not recommended to use your mouth, as the small LED light could become loose and become a choking hazard. When your celebration is over, deflate these balloons carefully by cutting a small slit near the tied ends of the balloons.
