Great Valentines! I believe previous reviews may have gotten a bad batch? Ours had the correct amount. There are 2 cards of 8 Valentines which equal 16. Mybdaughter lived them and her class loved them. Valentines with a prize attached always win points with kids!
The box says 16 valentines and 16 pencils. Theres 16 pencils but only 8 valentines
