These balloons were much larger than I expected, but they are amazing! Great deal!
Great for "Frozen" party. Filled with helium, it will float. Tie it down so it won't float away. Anna on one side of the balloon, Elsa on the other side of the balloon. This balloon is great for parties.
We put other balloons with it and it made a lovely centerpiece for our 4 yr. old granddaughter's birthday party. It's quite big but very impressive for those who love all things "Frozen"!

This ballon looks great but I wish Walmart will add more details on the description. Unfortunately this ballon do not come with helium. Therefore you need to get the helium somewhere else. Walmart do sell helium in the store but the price tag is $21.99. So, at the end, this ballon will cost you $30.00. It's a pity that I need to return it.
I bought this with a bunch of other stuff for my daughters 4th Birthday Party. I began filling it and noticed that it was not filling in the center, it was puckered. It was sealed to the back side from what I can only assume was a manufacturers defect. The foil is so very thin it ripped there without even being 30% full of helium. It was too late to return it in time for her party, so we had to do without. I am so disappointed.
