Thank you
This is the third pan like this that I have purchased. My other two pans now have other homes. This pan fits two cake mixes. Doubled it serves to make a two-layered a baby or bridal shower cake, an anniversary cake serving a crowd, etc. Turn this pan over and the bottom serves as a very large size cookie sheet. I use this pan very often and highly recommend it.
I bought this pan to make my Grandson's 1st birthday. it worked perfectly.
Great price. Ships quickly and arrives on time. Needs 3 cake mixes to fill each pan 1/2-2/3rds full. Bakes at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
I have used this pan a few times I seem to always over fill it. This time I used 3 boxes of Pillsbury white cake mix they turned out great. I posted pics and they are of the cakes after I wrapped them and before I decorated them.
I love this pan. It was very easy to get the cake out. I just used solid shortening and flour. It came out perfectly.
I sprayed the pan with cooking spray and put waxed paper on bottom. The cake only took 35 minutes to bake and came out of the pan with ease. It works great!
I have been using this pan for a while now but I really don't agree with the number of cake mixes that's being recommended for the 12x18 size pan. I use only two Duncan Hines cake mixes, I still use the old 18.25 oz. cake mix. I add 1/3 cup mix from another box. The old directions for the 18.25 oz. box is: 3 eggs, 1 1/3 cup water & 1/3 cup oil.
I had some trouble with even baking, as I did not use any heating rods. All in all, still turned out amazing, the bride was very happy with the grooms cake that I presented. I will continue using and purchasing these performance pans.
The cake pans came out folded because they put it in the same package with cans that were heavy
