The aluminum cookie sheets are very hard to fine. I do not want cookie sheets with a Teflon finish. One thing I'm not sure of is that there is some sort of non-stick coating on these, does not tell us what it is. Also, the type they use to hold the paper on the sheet is awful. No matter what I used to remove it, it took off the shine.
These baking sheets are wonderful! I have been using them for all my holiday baking. They are light weight, bake great and a breeze to clean up! Definitely a great buy!
I JUST PURCHASED 6 MORE OF THESE! THEY ARE SO LARGE THEY HOLD 1 1/2 DOZEN TO 2 DOZEN COOKIES ON THIS TRAY SO WHEN I MAKE A BATCH OF CHOCOLATE CHIP I AM DONE AFTER 2 TRAYS.
I love this cookie sheet! I can fit numerous cookies on it. For instance when I bake Spritz cookies I can fit 56 cookies on this sheet!! For drop cookies I usually get about 28 cookies. This cleans up beautifully! A little scrub and it is shining like new! I definitely recommend this cookie sheet to all bakers!
Makes removing cookies/ baked goods so easy! Cookie sheets stack using minimal space!
I purchased one of these pans so that I could better use the space in my oven. This product works great.
Perfect Size
I love the pans. Cooking stores didn't have a regular cookie sheet like the ones I've had for 30+ years and I was disappointed with the ones I tried. Its just what I've been looking for but bigger.
The product is fantastic. However the scanning tag is on the cooking side of the sheet. I tried everything to remove the tag including soaking. I finally scrubbed it off scratching that area Solution: Put tag on back
I was looking for flat cookie sheets that were not insulated and thought I had found them. I ordered them and they arrived in a timely fashion. But when I removed the labels from the pans they left a sticky residue that I was unable to remove. I even tried using Go-Gone. I knew that if I didn't remove this stickiness that it would burn on the first time I tried to bake cookies. I still have not been able to figure out how or where I can return them. Hope something can be resolved soon.
