This pan is great for baking cookies. Using this pan prevents the bottoms from burning. The cookies bake great on here. We also use the pan for onion rings or french fries. Quick, healthier way to get crisp fries instead of oil. The lip makes it easy to grab the pan and remove from the oven.
The Wilton insulated cookie sheet is a "MUST HAVE" for every kitchen!! I bake at least 12 dozen cookies every Christmas as well as many batches throughout the year. I have never had burned bottoms using this pan. I cannot say the same for any other sheet I have used in the past. People have asked why my cookies do not get "hard" or too dark on the bottom. I very happily tell them about my Wilton sheet!! Just remember , do not submerge in water and these sheets will last for MANY years!
My Mom bought me this MANY years ago. Works GREAT. Can baker more cookies at a time then other cookie sheets. With my Christmas baking I needed another. So I now have 2. Now went thru other brand cookies sheets I had and my cabinet has more room now!!!
These are wonderful sheets, and I used it for more than just cookies. I make a sliced Parmesean potato recipe and this pan is the best I have ever used to make it. The potatoes are soft and creamy on top and the bottoms come out crispy. It does the same for my cookies so I gave it a try for other things. Worth every cent the cost....I put them as "gift" requests for birthdays, Christmas....well I actually to that for ALL things Wilton. :)

I made soft pretzels which are dipped in lye solution. The finish came off in a few places but they didn't stick to pan. I'm wondering about the next batch.
When it arrived I was ecstatic. Then I took off the label that was on it. Underneath was a nice sized dent in it. Looked like it got stepped on. I will still use it, because its my only one. Quality control missed it.
