I was surprised at how thick this baking sheet is. It's very sturdy and will last forever. I've already used it several times from cookies to French fries. It bakes evenly and doesn't stick and then you can toss it in the dishwasher. Highly recommend!
Wlton has a good baking pan that is conveniently sized at 8x15 which fits nicely into any regular size stove. I made cookies and didn't even grease it 1st and cookies were nice and toasty golden. I would have used a plastic spatula but instead they literally slid right off the pan. It was easy to clean as well as dishwasher safe.
I hate using cooking sprays they leave a tacky surface on pans with this cookie sheet I really can cook without worrying about foods sticking to my pan without using spray. I have been on a baking spree lately but absolutely hate cleanup, I can seriously just use a sponge for cleanup. Even burned fruit sauces are easy to wash off my pan. I enjoy baking more when cleaning up is so easy. My foods are cooking more evenly using this heavier pan than some of my flimsy baking sheets. Real pluses, easy cleanup, foods don't stick and everything seems to bake more evenly.
This cookie sheet was amazing for baking Halloween themed cookies. This non-stick cookie sheet gave me no issues when taking the cookies off the tray!! No sticking! I've baked a few batches of cookies in the past few weeks and every time the cookies came out perfect. The sheet cools very quickly and there's virtually no clean up after baking. The medium sheet is the perfect size for 12 decently sized cookies. Would definitely recommend it.
I love this pan. I made empanadas and they were amazing in this pan. They cooked perfectly and evenly and the pumpkin that oozed out did not stick or burn to the pan. I also love the shape of the pan. Kind of reminds me of a fancy cookie plate or something like that not just a flat regular cookie sheet. I did read the directions that said do not wash this in the dishwasher or it might cause damage to the pan so I don't intend to ever do anything but wash by hand. I've had too many pans in the past that quit being good pans and started to rest because I stuck them in the dishwasher and they've been damaged. Not sure if it's a new trend or something that's always supposed to have been that way and I just didn't read the instructions but I fully intend to continue watching this by hand for life. I would definitely recommend getting one of these for yourself. Who doesn't love a nice new baking sheet that doesn't stick, and if you use it correctly you might never have to buy another pan ever. The only thing I caution you about is that the pan is a little darker then my other baking sheets and so food May cook a little faster because of the darkness. I did notice that when cooking the empanadas they were a little dark on the bottom before they were very dark on the top. I am sure after using them for a while I will become more adjusted to the slightly different cooking times.
I usually view cookie sheets as semi-disposable because it seems like they tarnish and look horrible very quickly. This Wilson baking sheet is thick, sturdy, and built to last. I've baked several batches of cookies on this pan and they turn out nice and fluffy. They easily slide off the plan. The cookies turn out bigger and fluffier. The fish fillets a look so turned out perfectly, nice and fluffy and crisp. This pan is also dishwasher safe.
This Wilton Baking pan is going to be very good use for me with the Holiday Season approaching! I haven't used it yet, I love that it's made of steel, and non stick and dishwasher safe. I'll be baking some pumpkin scones in a few days for Halloween overall it's definitely great bakeware if you are a baker like myself!
The cookie sheet is a nice gauge. It is a perfect medium size cookie sheet. With the non- stick coating no worries about the cookies sticking to the pan. Now you can use it for other things besides cookies. I also use it to roast veggies and other items. The pan has some flex to it, so it does not warp in the oven. I was impressed with how easy the pan is to clean, everything wipes off nicely. With The pan being non-stick no need to use cooking sprays. The quality of the cookie sheet is excellent and well worth the purchase.
Wilton bake it better non-stick cookie sheet really does what it says. I have used for several different food items and I have not been disappointed!! It has a great quality and a nice size for putting into and removal from oven. I have used for baking chicken and it really doesn't stick to pan!! Christmas cookies were so easy to cook on this sheet and it holds a lot. Clean up is a breeze and easy to clean without making any marks.
This Wilton Bake It Better Cookie Sheet is exactly right in what it claims. I am not a great baker but lately I have been craving cookies and with this cookie sheet my cookies taste better and I did not burn any cookies like I normally do. This cookie sheet is so easy to clean up not like my old one, you had to spatula the cookies off and the bottoms were stuck to the sheet, but not with this Wilton cookie sheet all you do is wipe with a soapy sponge. You can also clean the cookie sheet in the dishwasher but I prefer to wash by hand and air dry. The cookie sheet is also scratch resistant so you can use a metal spatula but I prefer plastic to keep it easy to pick up the cookies to the cooling rack. I have also noticed how my new Wilton cookie sheet baked the cookies evenly and not one was done more than another, my old one would burn in some spots. This cookies sheet has larger handles so putting it in and out of the oven is so much easier, I don't get burnt bringing it out of the oven. This Wilton cookie sheet will last a very long time it's durable and in my home that's exactly what I need. So I give this cookie sheet 5 stars, even my cookies taste good baked on it.
