[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these little mini spring forms ! They are perfect for mini cheesecake samples and gifts or treats !
the perfect size to practice my cake, layers, crumb coating and decorating without having to feel guilty about wasting or eating too much cake! you can place each pan in your scale and add 150 g of cake mix. bake on top of your cookie sheet.

Great product at a great price. Easy to use and equally easy to clean. Perfect for single portions. Baked, refrigerated and frozen products release from the pan with ease. I use them Frequently. I am so pleased with this product that I ordered three more.
I really like these little pans. Perfect for small cheesecakes. They baked really even. I also baked cakes in them and they did well. It was a little difficult to clean after baking the cake because the the pans were slightly bent from shipping because the box was almost destroyed when I got it and pans were laying all over the inside of the box. Anyway, the cake batter slightly leaked out under the pans. Luckily I had anticipated this and put them on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet when I baked them. Still they baked super even and popped right out of the pan. I highly recommend these if you want a perfect small dessert.

I have six of these pans. They are great for cold desserts. I have just finished making peach pana cotta entremets. I have also baked individual cakes in the pans. There are a few tricks to know how to stop the liquid from escaping but once that is mastered they are great.
