Literally no scratches or wear and tear that I can tell. I saw a question about headphones mine actually did come with some. I changed the hardware because I wanted more than the 500GB, A LOT easier to get to than the original. Everything works, seems brand new. Does NOT come with a free playstation plus trial coupon like a brand new one does. Came with everything it's suppose to. Definitely recommend purchasing a refurb!!!
Came in 4 days pact well perfect cond on delivery. System works great had it about 2 weeks now. not a single problem so far. I got the 3 year warranty for $24.00 this is a great warranty i have used it on everything i get form Walmart and i had to send 2 things back that stoped working 1 of them was 8 days before warranty ran out they where both fixed no problem. I think this a a great deal and a very happy with mine
Came in perfect condition the Uncharted 4 game was brand new.
I just received this today 4/9/17 it looks brand new very clean no scratches on the system or the controller. I was surprised, this being my 4th ps4 first referb, ive spent close to $1000 on ps4s, great bundle for the price cheapest you will find but well worth the purchase. The only thing that kinda bummed me out on the slim is that their is no light bar on top of the ps4 its near the on button to tell you what mode the ps4 is in but their is one on top of the controller now.... worth it.
So i bought the this bundle 2 weeks ago but after 3 days the disc driver starting making wierd movement and noises and took my disc and wouldnt eject. so i returned the product and re-order the same bundle again and i received it 2 days ago and baam! same problem again :( but the disc came out luckily. and i ended re-ordering it yesterday for the 3rd time. i would recommend getting a warranty on these console. i have had such a bad experience :/.
It looked fine, but it didn't read disks. I had to return it. I was very disappointed.
Everything was packed well but they sent me a DVD cord Had to go to game stop for a power cord once I got that the system wouldn't even turn on call Walmart they wanted to replace it I down right told them no!!!!!!! I rather a refund
