love this head set. My son and husband are hard on headsets. AND thank you Walmart price matching. Online was half the price of in store, the guy in the electronics section (Terrence L, of Utah) was the one who helped us. definitely the coolest guy. Thank you walmart for being true to your word and hiring smart and kind people!!
This item works great it allowed my son to just plug it into his remote and use it. Some headphones require an adapter for the remote which cost alot. So not only does it work great it actually saves you money

I bought this for my 13 year old son and he loves it. It's works great for the price I paid for it. He broke a $80 headset in less than 4 months. So far it's hasn't had one problem. Great product great price!

The headset does what its intended although its on the quite side when it comes to hearing others but the quality of sound is fine. Its not very comfortable for extended periods of use(Causes my ear to hurt and the side of my head to hurt where the contact point is). if you are looking for a headset i might opt for a better model than the level one or a different headset style completely.
We cannot get it to hook up. Maybe doing something wrong but not sure. Needs better instructions.
The old saying, “you get what you pay for,” definitely comes to mind reviewing this product!!! It looked and felt flimsy out of the box, but what do you expect for the price?!? It lasted 6 weeks, too long for the store to do a refund and too huge of a hassell to do a factory warranty return! So I bought the much nicer, much more expensive set and got an extended warranty. This headset had issues from the start. Worked well for a week and then the earpiece stopped working off and on and then just completely quit working! Also, it just got to were no one could hear anything that I was saying through the mouth piece. Not the best purchase, but I was trying to save money at the time and cut corners, which is a no-no when it comes to electronics!
Do not waste your money. I bought these for my son. He plugged it up and was able to use them once. Next time he tried to use them, no one could hear him. Exchanged at the store, an we had the same problem. We tried a different charger and the same problem. They are cheap so you get what you pay for
