Received Xboxs early, but missing headset, and I was worried after reading reviews. Not only did they send the headsets, but shipped them first class.
Wow! This is one perfectly working game system. The AI in most games are going to stun you. Fallout 4 almost flipped my wig and I don't were one. What incredible processing power. You will be glad you got one I can tell you that.
Has worked great for me right out of the box, even came with new batteries for the controller, good thing, I didn't have any in the house! As always another successful buy from Walmart

This company Savetronix has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Walmart is just the means to buy this product through this second party vendor...which means after you receive it Walmart cannot help with any issues. I received this product with a headset that didn't work and I've been fighting with the company to get a new one for almost a week. They are very unprofessional and the only way to contact them is to leave a message for customer service (who never called me back) or to email. They wanted ME to provide proof that my item came with a headset...what terrible service. I spent multiple emails with a rude employee telling me I had no proof and that I had to buy my own headset because it didn't come one! Don't order from this company or you will regret it.
When I received the system it did not work. Not Walmart's fault. I got it to work after an ofline factory reset.
Let me start by saying, this is not Walmart's fault. But, we received ours and once it was hooked up, it was saying that an update was needed to be able to play. The update would get to 10% each time and then would say, "There was a problem with the update." We did all the trouble shooting we could think of and after researching found out that this was an issue with refurbished ones. So I contacted the company and they emailed me the return shipping info and offered an exchange or refund. There was no hassle with this company and they had fast response times to my emails. I asked for refund and will just buy a new one to be on the safe side this time.
Ok... First off, I had purchased my Xbox 360 that was a refurbished unit in 2008 and I still use it to this day (Mar 2016) without any problems. Needless to say, I am a believer in saving a little money and I had complete confidence that I could do the same thing with an Xbox One. Now onto this purchase... Upon the arrival of my refurbished Xbox One, I opened everything and hooked everything up. As soon as I started the initial setup process, the console started to make a really high-pitched squealing noise that would sort of come and go... Everything still functioned properly but being cautious I called the Xbox customer support. They recommended that I let the setup finish and see what happens. Over a couple days I figured out that it would only make that noise during streaming or anytime I downloaded anything... Called Xbox back, they told me to contact the place of purchase and do a refund or exchange. I contacted Wal-Mart and they told me to contact the outside provider they used named Altatac. Emailed them, they responded with a return shipping label and instructions. Luckily, I held onto the original packaging because they won't accept it without it. I shipped it out 4 days ago and am now playing the waiting game. I know that I am probably the outlier and most people have no issues. I am not saying to stay away from buying this, but this is my experience. Good luck on your purchase!!!

I just got this Xbox one 2 weeks ago. Xbox freezes sometimes when I play games. It also takes around five minutes to sign in to Xbox live. I understand it's refurbished but I didn't it was going to run so poorly. I'm going to return it.
