I bought this two weeks ago totally love it great case !!!
I bought this case about a month ago great case,but the screen protector just got to go no matter if you open the case and clean the screen and no smudges are seen on the screen they show up.
Not a fan as of now. There sending me a new one so I can send them back this one. The fre case is sleek though compared to others for that I gave 3 stars. I will update my review when the replacement case shows up and I can re evaluate
This is probably my 4th or 5th Lifeproof case of this series... I have used them on my phones since the iPhone 6. This new model has a sleeker design with more rounded corners and a smaller footprint, which is nice. As you would expect from Lifeproof, this case is of solid construction yet still light weight compared to previous generations. Overall I think it will be effective for my purposes. A couple of possible Cons... the initial case I received would not snap tightly together at the top, leaving a fingernail thick gap at the top (see photo). I tried removing and replacing the phone several time and this gap persisted. I will say however, that customer service was excellent. I contact them via email and almost immediately they shipped a new case with only a few questions asked. The new case works as expected and appears to form a nice seal all around without the gap from the original case. The only thing I notice now, is that the interface between the phone's screen and case screen protector, comes in contact in a way that it creates few irregular looking bubble-like shapes that are mainly noticeable when the screen has a white background. I don't think they are actual bubbles, but rather just the result of the phone's screen and case's screen protector touching in certain spots. This is not a deal breaker for me, though perhaps slightly annoying at times, and I mainly mention since I have not noticed it on previous generations of the case.
I want to love this case. I do it's a great case except the back cover which covers the camera and constantly takes terrible blurry pictures. I always loved the iPhone for picture quality but this cover ruins it. If this had the cover removed off the back it would get 5 stars.
I've used life proof for years now. Bought this one from life proof recently. I usually get a solid 6 months to a year out if my cases. This one I wasn't that lucky. The charger port door ripped off in 3 weeks of use. I realize they have a warranty and I will definitely swap this one out with them. I expected more than 3 week out of it. Full disclosure the port is opened on average 3 times a day to use CarPlay in my car, you wouldn't think that it'd be an issue opening 15 or 20 times, apparently it was.
Very disappointed phone case does not seal all the way around the phone properly there's a gap running along the top, so it clearly isn't water frog. Also the screen cover has air bubbles underneath which is noticeable and doesn't look nice! For the price it's shocking quality! I would like a refund or a new one. This is unacceptable! Would not recommend
I have used life proof cases for almost 10 years and this is the first case I have actually returned. I understand it's partly because the iPhone 11 pro max design although I expected life proof two design something that worked well. The problem I'm having it looks as though there's water up underneath the case and the glass of the phone and it's hard to see my actual screen see photo attached
I feel like it's a design fail. Doesn't make a tight seal. Letting water in. I feel like case isn't big enough. Which is shame because the price is so hefty. I expect the best, thats why when we upgrade anyone's phone in our family we buy lifeproof. Im very disappointed. I have a very expensive case that's not protecting my very expensive phone.
Similar to the iPhone X max case the iPhone 11 max case is made subpar compared to previous case is made by life proof and as a result a product that doesn't work is what you get. I'm disappointed and I no longer will buy their cases.
