Went to the store and the remote was $60 in store. Used the online app and received the remote for $45. The remote was ready for pick up within the hour. One happy camper!

There were definitely returns or refurbished. Definitely not a new product. I'm not against returns or refurbished products, I just wished it had been advertised as such. Shipping packaging was pretty good but the controller packaging was very beat up causing concern that the may not work or be broken. All in all they do work but a little clunky when pushing the R3 and L3 buttons.
If youre not an in depth gamer and just need a stick, sure. Have a looksee. Just a visual to whats been previously mentioned by a few. Also 3 of the prongs on the joysticks were not soldered. For both sticks. I soldered them. it works fine now. no jolting, no dead area, but it still feels.......... foogazey. So no. Just put the bread aside and baby your next controller.
Fake Sony PS4 controller. Looks real but is not. Evidence: (1) horrible joystick accuracy (2) L1 button easily stuck (3) includes USB charge cable (4) fake, low capacity battery (5) color model number doesn't match (4) slight imperfections in casing
if it's Bare Feet Shoes of PA seller do NOT buy its Counterfeit PS4 controller went bad 2 months after and Sony denied claim saying its counterfeit picture attached , Walmart needs held accountable for allowing counterfeit products sold on their Website

received the wrong item. ordered a white controller and got an orange and purple one. also arrived 2 weeks late. I tried getting a hold of the company on many occasions and never heard anything. very unprofessional.
