My daughter had been asking and asking for this. She loves it.
I'm not much of a gamer, but I had heard good things about this game, so I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did. The story drew me in from the very beginning and the gameplay was really exciting. You could probably play the game all the way through multiple times and still never explore everything on offer. The graphics and settings were fantastic. I loved the character interactions, especially the growing relationship between Ellie and Joel. I actually enjoyed all the supporting characters, as well. I do have to say that, for me, Ellie is one of the best video game characters of all time. In a genre where most female characters are objectified or appear in over the top dimensions, Ellie is a breath of fresh air.
It never has a boring moment... From the start to the finish your always moving or watching out for anything that moves.. I loved the story and the online play is pretty good too. I would hope there would be a second one at this rate!
The Best platforming game in years! Naughty Dog does it again! this action survival horror story keeps you going and your Heart pounding while you develop emotional bonds to the characters that will make you think even when the game is off! worth playing a few times! a visual masterpiece!!!
Greteast game ever devised, really gets the emotions going
This is the first game since Tomb Raider that kept me engrossed, and was able to play for several hours a day and several days straight until I finished it. I've already started over and will probably play it through many more times. The game-play, the story, the characters, the graphics are all excellent on my PS3(Cant wait for the improved PS4 Version). My only real complaint with it was the ending, the way they left story hanging between Joel and Ellie. I just hope they come out with a sequel soon.
I got him this game because I thought he would like it. But he loves it..the graphics are great the story line is amazing pretty interesting game would definitely recommend this one and I don't even play or like video games but this one seems pretty kool
I bought this Game for my brother for Christmas and he loved it! it was exactly what he wanted. He's still currently playing it and tells me he loves the game all the time. Cant wait till he's done so I can play! Also, I got it at a pretty good value. I looked around at other places to see if anyone had it on sale since it came out a while ago, but it was 59.99 everywhere but WalMart. I got it for around $42 dollars!
So just after the last major details of the Playstation 4 were revealed, Sony unleashed The Last of Us on PS3 owners. It's exactly the kind of game you dream will be released at the end of a console's major lifecycle. It's got great storytelling, good gameplay and graphics that remind you why Sony bought Naughty Dog in the first place. Best of all, it is not a sequel. Without ruining the story, 20 years into the future, humanity lives in camps in fear of a zombie plague. While I personally feel the whole zombie thing is played out, the story told in the game is outstanding and worth your time.
Amazing game, wonderful graphics, deep, engrossing storyline that will make u lose track of time when playing. Tough and makes you use your brain to plan/strategize your way through...best game I have played in a long, long time!
