This is one of the higher quality battery packs I have used. It fits in a pocket nicely, and charges devices well. The aluminum casing feels very solid, and both wired and wireless charging work flawlessly. One thing I found needlessly and inexplicably confusing is the fact that nowhere on the pack or in the included documentation does it state how to charge the pack. The answer is that either USB port can be used for charging the pack. As not all battery packs behave in this manner, it's something that really should have been mentioned somewhere.
i took this battery to school everyday instead of a charger and never worried about low battery again. perfect slim size with great quality and looks. wired connection works flawlessly. if you use both ports it still does fast charging which i assume is around 15w for each port. the wireless charging is a pain to get to work. at times i have to spend up to a minute to get it to work, with the watch being the most difficult followed but phone/buds.i use the product as a wireless pad next to my bed to charge my watch and galaxy buds pro when needed. and when i go out to school or firestation or longer trips i unplug it and take it to go. if the wireless charging was less buggy i'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
it charges well enough , got it because the charging pad i have had for a while is sometimes difficult to line up or moves a little and stopes charging, not this one, lines up perfectly
I've had this this for a about 3 years now and I love it. Don't know what I would do without it. Is charges my phone at a good speed, it lasts for a good amount of time, and it can keep up with my Oculus Quest 3; charging it as I play. Having two ports help.
The portable charger gets the job done for what its used for. I charge my Galaxy Flip 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. 👍🏿👍🏿
we often hear this is a must have item... but this really is especially if you love to create content or just want to top off your device. nothing like having a portable battery that wireless and charges up your device pretty fast. certainly worth the price paid and knowing i'll always have my note 20 ultra ready for whatever comes my way. 1
This portable battery pack is fast charging. It charges almost as fast as being plugged in the wall. And it charges up fast too if you use a 25W charger with it. I am very pleased with it. The only bad thing is the wireless charging. It barely works. It is really slow. So I just use the cable and am charged in a little over an hour.

I loved the first one I ordered. I ordered 2 more earlier this year while I was laid up from surgery. I ordered 2 more so my family would have chargers on long trips. One the the 2 has never worked since I received it. Super disappointing that my daughters gift didn't work
I am devastated because after verily using the item. My battery started coming cracking on the bottom plastic. SAMSUNG SHOULD DO IT RIGHT AND SEND ME A REPLACEMENT.
