It's a very nice set to leave outdoors without worry of warping or paint chipping. It has storage for the bags on the underside of the boards, and the boards have built in indentions in the sides that make it easy to carry them from place to place. In addition, the boards nest together in a way that minimizes their storage footprint -- quite clever.
I'm very happy with this purchase. I really enjoy the game so when looking into purchasing it I decided that I wanted it to be full size, light weight (for taking to the park, etc), sturdy, and a good value. This purchase met all of those criteria plus purchasing at Walmart was easy and shipping was very inexpensive.
- durable all-weather construction - lighter weight than wood constructed games - plus + plus for storage & transportability. I was a little apprehensive about playing this on a plastic surface versus wood but it plays no different. The plastic does NOT cause more sliding of the bags. No complaints, great product, great price and should outlast any wood and paint version.
the only thing I can say negative is that the bean bags slide making it easier to score. other than that, very good quality, well built
I had purchased this product in white a few months ago and our family absolutely loves it. You can read my raving review for the white game but I wanted to leave a short praise for this orange game. My sister-in-law had seen our game...we couldn't get her kids to stop playing long enough for dinner...so we purchased this organge game for them as they are big UT fan. Again it was exactly the same quality and perfect in everyway, and most importantly the orange color was really bright and deep which just makes the game that much easier to play at dusk and neater looking. They now love their game as much as we love ours, this is a great product and we are just so pleased I had to rave about this new one again!
THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS YOU CAN NOT PUT NO WEIGHT ON THE BACK ( THE TOP OF THE BOARD) IF YOU ARE BENDING DOWN TO PICK UP THE BEAN BAGS TRY NOT TO USE IT FOR SURPORT BECAUSE THE BACK CAN NOT HOLD TO MUCH WEIGHT AND MAKE SURE LITTLE ONES DONT JUMP ON IT BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GET SOMETHING TO SURPORT IT BECAUSE WHEN THE BEANBAG HITS THE TOP IT FALLS AT TIMES OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVE IT WE TOOK IT TO BIBLE SCHOOL FOR A GAME AND WE COULD NOT GET THE KIDS TO GO BACK IN
The boards are plastic and dent easily. One thing I should have thought of and didn't was that the little kids will think these are slides; that's how these got dented. I thought they were a bit pricey but figured I couldn't make them for too much less, so got these for the family party.
The board came with the front corners dented in. The legs buckle under past the guard. The hole is too rounded around rim so there are no hangers, they always slide in. I took it back within an hour of having it.
They broke the first use. The product legs pop out with the slighest pressure and once they do that the game legs will not support itself anymore. Save yourself the disappointment and wasted time and money. YOu can rig them up again and that's what you get a rigged up expensive item.
The idea is great. I was so pleased with the design. However, the reality is somewhat different. Both sides collapsed the first time we used it and will not stand up rendering the whole thing useless. The plastic is to thin to prevent the legs from folding back the wrong way...
