I bought this a few weeks ago. It was very easy to put onto the phone, fitting perfectly. It comes in two parts and you put the softer part on first and then snap the hard case on. I find the flap that protects the headphone/power jack a little annoying - you have to move it out of the way to insert anything, but it seems very sturdy yet flexible and has not broken off. It does provide nice protection for that opening. The box does not interfere with the camera or other openings and the color (mint green) was exactly as pictured.
The case fits perfect as expected. I had one on my s7 for 3 years with no issues. It handled many drops. It's grippy but still goes in and out of my pocket easy.
I'm an electrical apprentice, and accessing tools in my pocket or bending down means I drop my phone on the concrete shop floor at least twice a shift. Shockingly, I have NEVER shattered my phone's screen! People see me drop my phone and say "OH NO"...I am NEVER worried, because this little case keeps my device intact. 100% recommended and worth every penny!
I've been using Otterbox for years with my different cell phones and never had a problem. They are the best protection for your money.
This is an announcement to all customers that have never owned an autobox this will save your phone from getting cracked this will save your screen from being shattered this has a lot of protection in every way possible I've always owned these cases since they started making them for the Galaxy dazzling
Purchased for my new Samsung S20 and as expected it fit perfectly. In addition to protecting the phone from drops it adds texture to make it easier to hold. Easy to put on the phone and works with a glass screen protector. I have tied other brands of hone cases over the years but OtterBox is the brand I always go back to.
I started with Outterbox many years ago when the screen protector was part of the case itself, I still love the product just disappointed on how they seperated it, and it cost just as much and the screen protector is a seperate costly purchase also
I bought this case at the end of July 2020 for my Samsung S20, have had it about a month now, and still really like it. One little thing I'll nit-pick is the cover for the charging port at the bottom of the phone. It tends to get in the way when plugging in the cable to charge the phone, as the hinge is still kind of stiff and it doesn't want to bend far enough to not interfere with insertion of the USB-C plug. I know it's a trade off between longevity and ease of use, but perhaps a bit less rubber material for the hinge might be warranted and make it easier to deal with,.
I gave a 4 because it got lost in the mail and didn't get for several weeks, although it was shipped quickly. It is exactly what I ordered, unfortunately I did not read right and didn't realize that I had ordered the wrong one. Needed otter box for s20fe and ordered one for s20 thinking it would fit, it did not. Hope this helps someone else.
Disappointed that there is NO front screen protector so basically all this protects is the back &sides. Wish I would have known this before I ordered it. I wanted a FULL case protection
