Bought this after returning a Spalding with a crooked backboard that simply could not be squared with ground. The lifetime goal just works. Easy to install and backboard is perfectly square with ground.
Lost a few parts so called customer service and got what I needed with no problem! Great customer service agent!!!!
I bought this goal for my son's birthday. We made it to the last two pages in assembly and noticed that we were missing two pieces. I emailed the company and received a response shortly there after my rep needed one more piece of information from me then they shipped the parts that I needed. Thank you
I just purchased a portable basketball hoop. Went together relatively easily and just had one of the net hooks on the rim break off. Just one call and a replacement rim is on its way!
Bought this for the grandkids during these boring times (covid 19) to give them a reason to go outside. Seems to be working. They do some homework and when they need a break go out and shoot some hoops.
Bought this product a few years ago. The wind blew it down and bent a bracket. They replaced it for free and no shipping charges.
2nd or 3rd-hand owner of this basketball system - I think it’s at least 6 or 7 years old. It’s still in great working order, which speaks to the product quality. One of the rim compression springs was missing when I took ownership, as well as a rubber gasket, so I reached out to Lifetime via email for a price quote. They responded immediately and are shipping the items as we speak- at no cost to me! Unexpected result that I am overly pleased about, to say the least. I’m not the original purchaser, Lifetime hasn’t received any money out of my wallet, yet they treated me like a life-long customer. Well guess what? I’m a Customer for life going forward. Thank you Lifetime Customer Support!!

In this day and age, it unfortunately feels the customer is on his own if something goes wrong after the sale. This is definitely not the case with Lifetime! My husband bought this hoop in 2012 before we married in 2015. I started cleaning the garage & came across the hoop. So i figured id sale it. Not having the manual i wasnt sure of the model and had no pprwk just parts. I email lifetime with my questions & Kyle answered all of them he even when the extra mile with helping me figure the parts i was missing & had them delivered to me. Absolutely excellent customer service Kyle. Thank you again for all your help.
Assembles easily (took about 20 minutes), looks nice, very sturdy, but wish I invested a few more $$ into a quick adjust system. For $150 that I paid it's been great though.
