I love this product. Of course I needed to subscribe to I Fit to have more of a variety and be able to start at beginner level and pick months of work outs that fit just "me". I have had no issues or problems from the day the elliptical arrived; from putting it together to finding how to use it. The manual to the equipment was very self explanatory.
I am very pleased with this product. The assembly took some time but I actually completed it with no help. It is quiet to use and the built in workout videos are fun. I actually use this in my bedroom so I wish the screen would go fully black when not in use but I just power it down at night. I received this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
Use the Endurance 920 E to lose weight, and for heart health. It's a great workout! Love that it's heavy duty! I believe it will last me 10 to 15 years easy! Very satisfied except don't know why it's necessary for it to look so intimidating. I don't have an attitude and I don't see why it needs to look like it has one. No biggiee though.
This is an upgrade of my old Elliptical. Arrived in fantastic packaging, no damage, & very easy assembly instructions. All parts are labeled & numbered with very easy to follow instructions. I had one minor parts issue which was quickly replaced after contacting customer service thru the email provided.
Great workouts built into the interface without having to join Ifit if you don't want to. A lot of different types of workouts as well, from running, walking, strength, stamina, etc., with guides or without. Its doesn't have a large footprint so doesn't take up too much room and it its movable, although it takes two people (or one very strong person). One draw back I see is that you cannot see the screen if you get off it to do floor/body weight exercises as some of the on board workouts include. It would be great if you could tilt/angle the screen down so you could see your guide to follow along. The other negative is the instruction manual is greatly lacking in how the screen works, so you have to just push buttons to figure out how they work. As far as I can tell after searching Pro-Form's website, there is no up to date user manual online.
I received my elliptical for Christmas (2019). I use my pro form 4-5 times a week on average. I'm noticing slight things I wish were different. My petals shift a bit when I use it (especially my left) and there's a slight wobble when I pick up speed (I'm on a leveled floor). Level 1 should be the easiest level of resistance but it's actually harder than what I would prefer (compared to other models I've used). Don't waste your time with the iFit subscription if you're not ready for workouts that aren't really targeting novice users. There aren't a lot of beginner workouts available and it takes longer than I'd like to load. I have the highest internet speed (my machine is in the same room as my modem) and there's still a bit of a delay. I love I can move my machine with the wheels if I needed (that was a plus) but after more research (post purchase) I could've bought a Boflex
I use the elliptical 3 to 4 days/week. The resistance levels are not comparable to gym machines that I was used to, and are actually quite a bit more difficult, so don't think a level 5 or 6 in the gym will be equal, it's not. Understandably, gym equipment may wear more given all the use. The heart rate grips don't really work very well at all. If you want to watch your heart rate you will need a Bluetooth compatible device, don't rely on the built in hand grips or you will be frustrated. When unpacking the machine for assembly, be sure to look for the small little grease packet. It's not attached or in the same bag as the hardware and you will need this. There is a small amount of grease already applied the areas called out in the assembly instructions, but the additional grease is mentioned and I did not realize there was a separate little pouch for this, so, taking things apart and re-applying the grease cause a little more assembly time. Overall, good machine for home gym and functions well so far.
First of all, I really like my Elliptical and am pleased to have it in my home since I suffer from fibromyalgia and don't get a chance to make it to a gym. The experience would have been better if the packaging department had a check and balance system in which a vital piece of the product was present when the assembly people were present.
At first we had problems getting the cadence to read and now everytime it tries to update we get a white screen. Then have to reset it and not update it to be able to use it. We spend more time trying to get it to work then actually using it.
I've had this thing for about a month and it doesn't work. After contacting customer service, they sent me a new console/tablet. The tech came out to install it and still doesn't work. Just a terrible experience it's been doing a good job looking very pretty though.
