This is the great training product which I ever received. It is easy to assemble. It came with a good quality of hardware, easy instruction guide for assembling. It is quite sturdy even on my carpeted floor while using. It is very well made for the price.
Machine is okay, but it not easy to put it together. It took about 2 hours to put this bike together. I wish I had paid to have it assembled. Lesson learned.
I could not find a review on this elliptical anywhere on the internet. I've bought many types of Proform equipment that I've liked. My last elliptical (on its last leg) was a Proform XP160 cross trainer that I've had for over 10 years - it has an 18" stride. I decided it was time for a new one so after reviewing many Proform ellipticals I chose this even though it said the stride was 17" - I thought an inch less won't be too bad..... I wanted a lightweight Proform - not the heavy bulky ones that weigh too much. I put this together in about 5 hours by myself. I started using it about 5 days ago and noticed right knee pain and slight right hip pain. I googled stride lengths and it said if the stride length is too short you will get knee pain. I measured the stride on this 150i and it really is 16" not 17"!!!! No wonder.....I researched 18" stride ellipticals and they are hard to come by - but they are out there. Now I have to take apart this 150i and put it in the box for Walmart to pick up (at least they are doing that for free). But the hassle of putting it together only to find out that the stride is not what it said it was is just extremely annoying. What a job!!! I hope this review will help somebody on the fence - here is what I know - if you are 5'3" and under this 16-17" stride elliptical is for you; if you are 5'4" and over you need a bigger stride depending on how tall you are - I am 5'4" and that's why the 18" stride elliptical worked for me - for 10 years!!!! I wish that Proform would make the 18" stride ellipticals again because I really like their products - they are VERY reasonably priced.
I don't recommend this to anyone the screw were not getting assembled while using it is making a squeaky voice I am planning to return it
