I had been looking for an elliptical for a long time. COVID hit me pretty hard and staying indoors was really messing with me. I finally found this one and I thoroughly enjoy it! I ran into some issues starting off but their customer service was quick and capable. The variety of exercises offered through their app is amazing. I did receive this product for a discount to give my thoughts on it!
It may sound silly, but ever since high school (years ago), I’ve always had a small dream of owning an elliptical machine. I used it all the time in gym class as an alternative to jogging/running, which makes my feet hurt. I liked how the elliptical didn’t make my feet hurt. With the pandemic and also being pregnant - I didn’t plan on going to the gym or out much because of my back pain from the pregnancy. So, I jumped on this opportunity to own my own elliptical! I needed one that wouldnt take up too much space in my small home and that I could use during my pregnancy and after. This elliptical fit the bill! The package arrived quickly and had everything I needed to set it up. It took about 50minutes to put it together. It’s light enough to move around if we needed to (my husband can move it on how own without too much effort). It’s sturdy and quiet. The stride on it is smooth and has good range going forward/backward. The buttons and screen are simple and easy to understand. I love that you can sync it to the iFIT app to track your progress. It was easy connecting them. You just download the iFIT app, make sure Bluetooth is turned on on the machine and your device and they find each other easily for you to connect. One thing to note is that only one device can be synced at a time. Meaning, if you’re connected to your phone, but what to connect your tablet, you’ll have to disconnect your phone first, before you can connect your tablet. I learned that the hard way. I contacted customer service and they were so kind to let me know that. The iFIT program is such a bonus to this machine. If you create a profile and answer the personal goal questions - they’ll provide suggested workout programs accordingly. The videos are engaging and the images are so clear. The instructors keep you motivated and present in the workout. The views they include help you forget you’re at home working out. I actually look forward to workout out now thanks to all of this. This elliptical has made an impact on my life. I’m writing this based on what I think of it honestly and is of my own personal experience. I was given the opportunity to get this product at a reduced price to give my honest opinion about it.
Love this product! I look forward to working out each day. The different trainers and workouts make it easy to not get bored with the same routine. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback.
love it! i did switch the feet around. put the back towards the front. so the So the adjustable feet were at the front, so Im able to raise it. Having him at the back makes him a sense. Because you're leaning more forward. And to be able to use a machine it needs to lean more back. So I just switched them. works great!
Great little machine. Not real big. Not a bunch of extra gadgets that I don't need. My second one. The first one lasted 12 to 15 years. Bought this one for a replacement. works just as good is a little smaller. Great value for the money. I love it perfect for me
I do love this machine. It was difficult to assemble, but I didn't have help, so I'm not rating the assembly process since the instructions clearly state that 2 people are required. Anyway, it moves so smoothly, I have not had issues with noises or wobbling/shaking as I have in the past with an unbranded model in the same price range. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because the console advertised on the box is not the console it came with. The image on the box shows a console with a built-in speaker. The console included only had a weird piece of plastic where the speaker would have been if it were included. Since the console installation was near the end of the process, after the hardest work was complete, I felt something comparable to opening a bag of chips only to see mostly air in the bag. I definitely will not be going through any process to return this machine over something like that, I really do love this elliptical.
I ordered the ProForm because it's a good brand and I have a ProForm Treadmill that I've had for 18 years and it's still going strong. I was disappointed in the elliptical because nothing 'lined up' when my husband and I were putting it together. The screw holes were not in line with the pieces of the machine and it was too frustrating to try to make it work. I returned it and will look for another elliptical.
It's not worth the money. Once you get it together and try it out all it does is wobble back and forth like it's going to tip over. Wish I would've read some reviews on it before buying it cause I'm not the only person to run across this problem. Couldn't even return it cause the box it came in was tore up so bad. Don't bother trying to contact the company cause they won't even respond to me that's why I'm leaving this review. Good luck
I just bought this elliptical yesterday and went to put it together this morning and the bolt holes don't line up! There is not fixing it so I have to pack it all back up and take it back!
Bought this in store was 90% done putting it together but its missing two bushings for the pedal arm and one cover piece was severely bent. To get customer service you have to register the product or you will never get to talk to anybody. I regret buying this.
