This bike is very well worth the money! So glad I decided to purchase. I assembled this on my own and was riding it within and hour. The screen/tablet is awesome and works great! I started my workout journey with a beginners class.
Great bike, enjoying it every day.
So far it's assembled. That only took about 2 hours with a 'chock' break 9first instruction)- chocolate! LOL I still need my friend to come over to set up the seat height and distance to the handle bars. The saddle seems like it will work for me (59 year old woman.. 5'8" 157lbs.) It has an anatomical groove down the middle. But.. since the seat post is circular, I can also buy an alternate if I don't find it works for my bum. The footprint is 26" by 48" with a nice wide base, so the video can send a wind storm to slow me down, but I won't blow over! This small footprint means I can park it in a corner of my bedroom and can open the window to cool me down. All the pieces are really solid - from the pedals to the welded joints (which are all smooth etc) Very impressed with it. I haven't signed on to take a membership yet, so I'll factor in that cost against the money I saved on the sale - sweet sale price! Once I get up and running, I'll try to come back and let you know how it's going.

For $300 for Black Friday sale, this is an excellent deal. It has multiple adjustable parts to easily fit your size. The bike has strong resistance. It comes with a screen which you unfortunately have to pay a subscription for to get any information about your ride (this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that I believe it’s too quality for the price paid (obviously you can’t compare it to a $1000 bike)
For the price, the spin bike alone is nice quality. No issues with creaking or other noises while peddling and the brake work great. The seat is squishy but would most likely need to be switched out for a wider one if you are a beginner and experience discomfort with a narrow seat as a new rider. PSA: you must create an account in order to see your stats like distance, speed, time..etc. The tablet only works with the fitness program and does not feature entertainment apps like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube..etc. You can find workarounds to jailbreak or modify the tablet to use it as an entertainment device but as it comes, it is for fitness/class only. I have had spin bikes in the $400 range from Costco and other places, this one hands down is way nicer than those and the seat post can accept any saddle from standard bicycles
I love the bike, the seat is really comfy and you can adjust it to so many level, from easy to harder. The bike looks a lot like the competition but cost less. I hate that the handle moves around, i have to adjust it every time and i annoys me. I was really happy with the bike till started to do that. I have to place some plastic bands to see if tide up and didn’t do much so i placed sip tights but still. I don’t think i want to return it because I do like the bike, after I read all the comments about the monitor, i decided i wasn’t going to put it up or use it… but i put it up tp see if that help to stop the handle to move but no. I think that Echelon needs to work on that piece, need to add another screw or adjust the design.
I purchased my first Echelon bike two weeks ago but unfortunately I returned because it didn't come with a screen. I purchased another Echelon bike with a screen, but does not rotate. The details say it rotates. This is false information.
The bike did not come with 10 inch screen or power supply cord. Contacted Echelon with no response.
I am torn over how I feel about this bike. The Echelon App barely functions, the bike rarely connects to the App and after five days with the bike I can already hear it creeking as I do spin classes. I am so disappointed because I can feel the potential this system has when it works right, but unfortunately it just isn't connecting (funny because it's name is Connect) as it should and takes about 30 minutes to restart over and over until it connects and works. I've been stuck in an update cycle with the App since I unboxed the bike and there just seems to be no way to get this bike to be as functional as it should be for baseline spin classes. Unfortunately I am betting I will have to return this bike.
