Have ordered this multiple times. Recently even with 5 days before "best by" date and on first open there is already wilted/yellowed arugula and soggy/slimy spinach pieces in it. This time there was so much that I had to pitch whole container. Other times I have to pick through the whole container to rinse the slimy bits. Their quality on organic is not good. Took the pics 3/8 when first opened, best by date was 3/15 Guess I'll start picking a different brand.
I don't like receiving an item that outdates in the day I receive it. Especially a perishable like this …Best Buy date is 9/26–which is today. I'd rather be told it is unavailable than receive this type of perishable —-can't eat that in one day!it looks soggy and not good
I received groceries on the 3rd of December and received spinach that expired the very next day. Salad that expired in two days. Shoppers are not paying attention to Dates
Make sure you are not shipped expired goods.
I wanted just arugula but it wasn't available, so was substituted with arugula/spinach mix. The last several time I've ordered this mix preciously, the arugula had turned yellow way before the use by date. So I stopped ordering it. Yesterday (7/5) I really wanted arugula, so let the mix be substituted. The use by date on box is 7/9 ..but a lot of arugula was already yellow when I received it.
This is the second time I bought the Organic Marketside “washed and ready to eat” salad and after eating some of it, I found a nasty slug. The first time I just dumped the entire container and thought: It is not worth it complaining cause they will just give me a refund… But twice is too much! Nothing about the price but I feel so disgusted it will take me some time to buy salad again. Can you please help me with this matter as it is still a little problem? And, by the way…. It came full of old/yellow leaves, super bad quality!
I eat arugula daily so to receive this in my pickup order was disappointing. It smelled stahl yellow and wilted. I hope I can get a refund. I suggest the Hillsborough Walmart check the fresh produce daily and if it looks like this throw it out or give it to the cows!
When I unloaded this at home the box was opened. I inspected it to see if it was okay but the spinach smelled horrible and it was covered in black dots that look like mold. Had to throw the whole thing away.
This spinach arugula was wet and soggy.
It is mostly wilted! Will have to throw most of it away!
