This candy is absolutely scrumptious and recreates the old time candy orange slices almost to a tee! Flavor and texture are terrific and you get a whole lot of candy for the money! I highly recommend buying this superior product! You won't regret it!
My husband loves orange slices. I purchased these once for him and he was hooked! They are affordable, they are tasty and you get twice as much in one of these plastic tins then what you would get if you bought them in a package.
I purchased a container of these inside the store at Christmas time and was surprised at how good they are. They are very flavorful, sugary, inside just the right soft gel consistency. The other day I ordered Zachary variety fruit flavor slices and presently waiting on those. I don't always see these in the store, but do mainly at Christmas time. Fairly priced and you get a lot of slices .... did not count but probably about 200.
Arrived quickly from 3rd party seller and fresh! Ive bought these from other places and they always seemed stale and hard. These came perfectly the way they should be. Inside jellied was soft and sugar coating just like I stated, perfect! Childhood memories eating these from a corner confectionery. My hubby loves them and ate them as a child too. Large, sealed reusable container with tight fitting lid!
My guilty pleasure! They're orange slices and they're affordable. What more can you say?
Be very careful when your order comes that you get everything you ordered and are charged for only items you received. My last two orders were missing items I ordered and were charged and it's hard to get refunds because you have to talk to people you can't understand. It's best to go to store to buy if you can. GOOD LUCK
I will preface this review by stating how soft and delicious they are with just the right amount of sugar coating. That said, they were once an economical substitute for the pricier name brands. I purchased TWO tubs of these that were delivered Oct. 25th at a TOTAL of 6.84 including free delivery, which is a phenomenal price but a little more expensive than last year. The currently listed price of 6.33 for ONE tub is an almost 100% egregious MARK-UP in two weeks! As much as I like these and have recommended to countless people, I will not be repurchasing because of the price gouging. Usually, the price of holiday candy goes DOWN in price post holiday, not DOUBLE.
These are great. The problem that I have? I can put them into my cart to have them delivered to my house and can buy them at the store, but I can't get them delivered or shipped??? I can't get to the store, which is about a mile way, because I'm disabled. "This item is unavailable for delivery. Have them delivered for free!" So, I chose that option. NOPE, we can't ship these to your address, yet the other items can get to me. >:€ I'm getting to the point that I don't want to deal or do business with Wal-Mart anymore!!!!!
3 containers of Jelly Candy (Orange) were substituted in the assortment of 12 continenrs of mixed jelly candy. If I had wanted all orange....I would have ordered it.
I ordered these orange slices several times and enjoyed them but the ones I ordered today and was charged for were not in my order. I wonder what happened to them? Did a driver eat them? were they delivered to someone else? Did the packer and checker both collude to thwart my receipt for their own nefarious purposes? How do I get a refund for something not received?????
