I got hooked on coffee and chicory when I lived in Nola long ago. I love Community Coffee's brand and order it to this day. It is not available in the stores in Virginia.
This is the best coffee for making cold brew! A friend from Louisiana introduced us to Coffee and Chicory by making us the first good homemade cold brew we'd ever had; when we raved about it, she bought us a big old bag of Community Coffee and Chicory and the Toddy cold brew system, complete with filters. We've never looked back!
I've been drinking New Orelans Blend Coffee & Chickory for over 40 years, and I can not get enough!
Only Coffee I like. I love that added chicory helps me to lower blood sugar and never upsets my stomach.
Love this coffee and have to order it online because they don't sell it in my area.
The product was awesome it's the only coffee I drink however when it was delivered last month and it had a hole in the box there for a punctured one of the bags.
I grew up in New Orleans, we drank this coffee every day. as children we would have more cream than coffee. But I never knew chicory coffee was “a thing” . Well, I visited NOLA in 2017 and told my mom how I missed the coffee. She bought me about 6 bags of Community Coffee. I was in love again with coffee. Well, I ran out eventually, but I found a chicory tea.... it was okay, but nothing like chicory coffee. Then, while scrolling through Instagram, I found a photo of the coffee on their IG page. Well, I am enjoying coffee again! So smooth and creamy, no other coffee compares.
We love the smooth full flavor of this coffee, especially with frothed half and half. Drinking it also reminds us of the hospitality we were shown while visiting Louisiana.
We moved away 30 years ago... and still love Community Coffee! We order online to stock up and keep the family happy!
For 35 years in New Orleans I used Community Coffee and Chicory. When I moved out of state, I continued to purchase it and am still a loyal customer. I brew it extra strong and it not only makes great hot coffee, but especially wonderful ice coffee. Thank you, Community Coffee for my favorite coffee in the world!!
