Will definitely keep in stock!!
I love these Amy enchiladas, they're so easy to warm up and if you do it in the oven they come out crispy and not soft and soggy like they do in the microwave ;which I don't mind eating them that way either. Yes of course homemade would be better but when you're working 70 hours a week like myself; who has time for that!
This was first time buying. Was surprised just how good they tasted. Easy to micowave. Definately will buy again.
These are perfect for a quick satisfying meal. You can always add to it. The sauce is so yummy. Be careful not to over cook or the tortillas can become very tough. I like to throw some sweet corn. shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on the side. Great choice for those with food sensitivities if you can tolerate corn amd dairy. Not too spicy. One of our toddlers just loves these.
The people complaining about the taste and grease..... I suspect they accidentally bought the wrong product. A few months ago, I ordered Amy's Cheese Enchiladas. The store delivered Amy's MOLE Cheese Enchiladas. I didn't notice the box. I didn't like the MOLE for all the reasons people are complaining about. The Cheese sre great, the MOLE, not so good.
A little pricey but realy with a lot of flavor. The only thing i added was some tobasco it was a little bland
I'm not sure what an enchilada should taste like, but it was okay. I had one good bite where I could taste the cheese. I didnt see beans listed in the ingredients, but it had a bean taste, which isn't my favorite taste (i dont eat or like beans). Will attach picture of it as soon as it came out of oven.
I remember buying these and enjoying them years ago, and decided to try them again. I was shocked at how awful they were. Usually, even not-great Amy's frozen food is far superior to other frozen food. But in this instance, that was not the case. The gravy/sauce whatever it was surrounding the enchiladas tasted like it had been burnt. The corn tortilla was unpleasantly chewy in a stale way, and hurt my tongue. The cheese did not resemble cheese. It was both oily, and grainy, and also burnt- tasting. The only thing that enabled us to consume these trays of glop were huge garnishes of fresh salsa. Needless to say, we will not be buying these again.
Great brand, I've loved everything I've tried except these enchiladas. It was like ... Vaguely Mexican Soup with gummy sheets of tortilla. The enchiladas completely flattened with faint traces of cheese inside and I had to use 3 paper towels to sop up the grease before I could find the enchiladas at all. This was actually the most disappointing frozen meal I've ever experienced. Highly recommend the brand, but not this meal.
Consisted of rolled-up corn tortillas with absolutely NO discernable cheese in the middle. This isn't a one-time thing. I've been ordering these for a long time but I finally got sick of it! Because I've had to add my own cheese on top along with more enchilada sauce. For the expensive price is just not worth it for me to mess with it anymore! DONE. Do not waste that kind of $$.
