I made this delicious banana bread in my bread machine. Fantastic! Already have purchased another box for a repeat soon. Instead of nuts, I added Great Grains cereal to make the bread a little more wholesome. I imagine oven results would be equally good.
This mix taste better than from scratch recipes. Just add a small banana and your favorite nuts. It is my go to bread.
Instead of crushing bananas as a mix-in, I used banana almond milk that already had bananas crushed into it in place of the one cup of water. I added a cup of coarsely ground walnuts to the mix and a half cup as a topping before baking. While in the oven I had a quarter cup honey in a glass container with a stick of butter cut up into sitting on top of the stove so they would melt together while the bread was baking (I've found this is the most flavorful thing to put on the finished bread). This is one of the tastiest treats I've ever had.
My family and I love to make this mix and thicken it with bananas we have in our home that are about to go bad. Instead of wasting them- we pick up this package of banana bread mix and it's to die for.
This turned out incredibly moist and spectacular I believe, because I used Musselman's Apple Butter in place of the oil. (Which is not only healthier, but added lots of tangy exotic flavor! ) I used just under 1/2 cup, and also threw in a handful of chopped pecans.( I was shocked at how good this was, as I did NOT add any banana! ) Topped it with cream cheese and couldn't stop eating!! My only wish is they would use UNBLEACHED FLOUR!!! Also, only baked it 50 min.
So easy to make and taste just like homemade! Rises and bakes like homemade and the house smelled amazing! My son loved it!!
This was very yummy. Very easy to make my whole family loved it we ate it warm with vanilla ice cream .the only thing was I wish someone had told me to be careful as I think it cooked to long as with out the ice cream it was a little dry.
Pillsbury quick bread banana muffin mix is the best ever. When you are planning on making something quick and easy this is the product to go to. It easily stores in your pantry and has a nice long shelf life. It is super easy to make and comes out delicious. I always make bread from the mix and freeze it after cutting it into slices so I can have it for future use. Whenever you need a quick dessert this product is excellent with a cup of coffee and a slice of butter. This is my all-time favorite and I highly recommend this product.

I should have known better than to buy a box banana bread mix. When I cut into it I'm surprised it didn't split in half with an explosion of dust like an overcooked Thanksgiving Turkey. I followed the baking direction exactly. It looked beautiful and it had a nice crispy top but it was dry, crumbly and bland.
