We have Dannon Yogurt mixed with fresh fruit every morning. It is part of our attempt at healthy eating. Dannon is a good choice as it is all natural and is good quality.
Dannon's all natural plain yogurt is one of the best yogurt out there. It's got that consistent texture with simple ingredients that make it taste great every time! I use it to make some lassi too. Highly recommended
Tastes great in many dishes. I use this in tuna salad, mashed potatos, lasagna, etc. It is a great substitute for mayonnaise/ ricotta with many less calories!!
My whole loves to eat this plain whole milk yougurt . The taste is so delicious also my daughter is a picky eater so the protein and vitamin D in it helps me worry free from her not eating any meat .
I eat this on my cereal in the morning--two table spoons with milk. Learned that trick in South America and Africa. It is very popular in those two places. Mostly they use just yogurt. I use both the nonfat and regular. Doesn't matter much to me.
The only yogurt I give to my son. It is thick which my son love the most and I can put his favorite fruits on it as well. Very affordable!! Recommend this product.
