I purchased this phone as a replacement for a galaxy s21 ultra that went out on me. I was expecting a refurbished phone but it was very well new in original packaging. Very good deal for less than $300. Well definitely purchase from them again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has been a power house. I use it for 8-12 hours a day, everyday. Battery still holding up perfect. I use the internet, write Notes and use the camera and video camera daily to take and edit photos/videos for my business. I use just about every feature the phone offers. I use it so much that idk what I would do without it. I run my entire business from my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I edit ads and pictures with the S Pen. I love the huge screen real estate, how fast it turns on and the speed at which I can complete tasks on it. I don't have a scratch on it and it has held up and still looks new, like the day I bought it. I love Samsung and I Love my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra!!!
Fast delivery phone works great.No problems so far. Seems like it loses it's charge really fast. I dont have a lot of unnecessary apps.

I got this insurance plan for my Galaxy Note 20 and when I tried to contact Allstate since my phone cracked, they never responded. The insurance plan expires November 25th so maybe they'll respond on November 26th.
